【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は例えば、牛乳の殺菌装置の保持槽等に

従来、この種の液体用タンクとして例えば実公
昭61−1103号公報で開示された、上方に入口と洗
浄ノズルを下方に出口を備えたタンク本体の下方

板製若しくは網製の整流板を装入すると共に当該
整流板をタンク本体の周壁に外力を以て縦向きと
したり横向きとしたりできる状態に軸承して成る
ものは公知であつた。

ンク内流入時に拡散しタンク内液と交り合い整流
板上までの液が不均一化してしまう等のことがあ
つて良好な保持効果が得られない。

タンクに於て、流入口の高さを液面下とし同じく
流入向きを接線方向とし且つ流出口の位置を底壁
の中央個所とすると共に整流板の下面に液の回転
防止用邪魔板を設けたことを特徴とする液体用タ
ンクを提供し、これにより上記したような問題を
解決するものである。

タンク本体4の周壁に空気式アクチユエータ6に
より縦向きとしたり横向きとしたりできる状態と
して軸承し、またタンク本体4の上部の側面に高
さを液面下とし流入向きを接線方向とした流入口
1を、同じく下部の底壁の中央個所に流出口3を
夫々設けると共に流入口1に可及的に大口径とし
且つ下方より立上る配管とした流入パイプ7を連
結し、更に整流板5,5′の下面に液の十文字形
状回転防止用邪魔板8を固定したものであり、
また、第4図および第5図に示す第2実施例は
流入口1に連続し且つタンク本体4の内周面に沿
つて一周する外側壁が内側壁より高い樋9を設け
この樋9でオーバーフローさせて液体を入れるよ
うにしたものである。

本体の上部寄り個所内および下部個所内に同タ
ンク本体の内径より僅かに小径の多孔板製若し
くは網製の整流板を外力を以て縦向きとしたり
横向きとしたりできる状態に軸承して成る液体
用タンクに於て、流入口の高さを液面下とし同
じく流入向きを接線方向とし且つ流出口の位置
を底壁の中央個所とすると共に整流板の下面に
液の回転防止用邪魔板を設けたことを特徴とす
る液体用タンク。 2 流入口への流入パイプを可及的に大口径とし
且つ下方より立上る配管としたことを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の液体用
タンク。 3 流入口に連続し且つタンク本体の内周面に沿
