Conventional devices of this kind energize an electrical resistor, transfer the generated Joule heat to the air sent from a blower, and blow the heated air onto the hair to remove moisture from the surface of the hair and set it. was. In this case, most of the hot air that is blown dissipates into the atmosphere without completely transferring its retained heat to the hair.
This phenomenon can be confirmed immediately by bringing your hand close to where the hot air is being blown. This is because the hot air travels over the hair without sufficient contact with the surface of the hair, and without sufficient heat conduction.

Therefore, in addition to the usual Joule heat, there has been proposed a method that uses infrared rays, such as a tubular infrared heater as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4472/1983.

However, since this type of dryer uses a quartz glass tubular infrared heater and an infrared lamp, its mechanical strength is weak, and this kind of hand-held dryer is not preferred because it can be damaged if accidentally dropped.

Moreover, since a quartz glass tube is used, there are restrictions on the shape of the heater, and it cannot be freely incorporated into the main body case, and the main body shape tends to be large, resulting in a low degree of freedom in design.

The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and
In a hair styling dryer that has a heat generating electrical resistance wire supported on a heater board such as a motor, a fan, and mica, the electrical resistance wire supported on the heater board is coated with far-infrared radiator powder, and the electrical resistance wire is coated with far-infrared radiator powder. It is mounted inside the blower cylinder while being supported by the heater board.

Therefore, according to the present invention, since the electrical resistance wire is coated with powder, the electrical resistance wire can be formed into a desired shape in advance and can be freely incorporated into the main body case.

Reference numeral 7 denotes an electric resistance wire made of a positive temperature coefficient thermistor or a heater wire, which is formed into a desired shape in advance, and is wound around a heater substrate 8 made of a mica plate or the like to support it, and the end face in the direction in which heat is applied is exposed to hot air. A method such as spraying or dipping a powder 9 of a far-infrared radiator (for example, obtained by sintering and pulverizing silico-hydrochloric acid as a main material) that emits far-infrared rays in a long wavelength range from the blowing side of a binder. The electric resistance wire 7 is coated with the electric resistance wire 7, and the electric resistance wire 7 and the heater board 8 are supported by the electric resistance wire 7, and the electric resistance wire 7 is press-fitted and fixed into the blower tube 6. Reference numeral 12 is formed by providing a plurality of grooves at the tip of the blast tube using a plurality of pins.

When drying and setting the hair, first insert the pin into the hair. When the motor 1 and the electrical resistance wire 7 are energized, the temperature of the electrical resistance wire 7 immediately rises, and the far-infrared radiator 9 is also heated. The fan 2 applies air to the electric resistance wire 7, turns it into hot air, and blows it onto the hair.

Now, the far-infrared radiator 9 is heated and actively emits far-infrared rays 13. When this is projected onto the hair 14, it generates heat in the deep part 14a. On the other hand, the heat possessed by the air 16 blown onto the hair through the ventilation path 17 of the far-infrared radiator 9 has a relatively short wavelength, so it heats the surface layer 14b of the hair alone. Also 1
For example, when water droplets are attached as shown in 5, the emitted far infrared rays violently heat the deep part of the water droplets.
On the other hand, the blown air heats the surface layer of the water droplets.
The water droplets quickly evaporate due to both, but the gasified water is swept away by the blown air flow, promoting evaporation one after another, resulting in rapid drying. These functions double the effect synergistically because the pin part deeply separates the hair and creates multiple ventilation cavities.

As described above, according to the present invention, in a hair styling dryer having a heating electric resistance wire supported on a heater substrate such as a motor, a fan, and mica, the electric resistance wire supported on the heater substrate is connected to a far-infrared radiator. The electrical resistance wire was coated with a powder of 100%, and the electrical resistance wire was supported by the heater board and installed in the blower tube. It can be molded so that it can be attached, and as a result, it is possible to obtain a heater of any shape, which not only avoids the need to increase the size of the main body due to conventional shape limitations, but also allows the heater to be coated with far-infrared emitter powder. Therefore, cracking and peeling of the coating on the far-infrared radiator can be reduced.

Furthermore, it is possible to freely select the coating position of the far-infrared radiator, such as applying it only to the hot air blowing side, emitting far infrared rays to the opposite side of the hot air blowing side, that is, to the side of the fan or motor to cause abnormalities in these parts. Expensive far-infrared radiators can be used efficiently without raising the temperature.
