り付けるようにしたものは知られている。

の前面に当接してしまうと、工具取付シヤンク4
を後方に引つ張る力をフランジ部8′を介してス
ピンドル1が受けてしまい、テーパーシヤンク部
5が嵌入孔2に密嵌合し得ないからである。従つ
て前記間隙9のため、即ちフランジ部8がスピン
ドル1に密接し得ないため、フランジ部8が軸心
に対して振れ易く、その結果工具3にびびり振動
が起こり易いという欠点があつた。

む回り止めキー19がスピンドル13に設けられ
ている。前記フランジ部17には公知の如く工具
20が着脱自在に取付られ、又は固着されてい
る。なお、シヤンク嵌入孔14及びシヤンク部1
6はテーパー状に限定されるものではなく、スト
レートであつてもよい。

ドローバー24の円錐台状の前端部24aには第
3図に明瞭に示す如くそれをめぐるかたちで120
度おきに切り欠き段部25が形成され、これら切
り欠き段部25各々に軸27を介して押圧部材2
6がドローバー24の半径方向に揺動自在に設け
られ、これら押圧部材26は第2図に示す如くほ
ぼ三角形状をしており、それらの外方端28が後
述の如くドローバー24を後方に引くことにより
環状溝22に入り込んで係合縁23に係合して、
シヤンク部16を弾性変形させ、それをシヤンク
嵌入孔14の内周面に押し付けるようになされて
いる。前記押圧部材26は、それに形成されたば
ね嵌入孔29の奥部面と切り欠き段部25の底部
とに介在された弾発ばね30によつて時計方向に
回転付勢されると共に、弾発ばね30の付勢力に
よつて設定位置を越えて回転しないように前端部
24aに取り付けられた皿ばね状のストツパー3
1に当たるようになされている。そして、押圧部
材26は、ドローバー24が前方に突出したとき
にストツパー31に当たるようになされ、この状
態のとき外方端28はシヤンク部16に当たらな
いように、且つドローバー24内に完全に入り込
まないようになされている。前記ドローバー24
には摺動スリーブ32が摺動自在に嵌められ、こ
の摺動スリーブ32は、ばね33によつて前方に
突出付勢させられると共に、ばね33の付勢力に
よつて設定位置を越えて突出しないようにスピン
ドル13に形成された環状段部35に当たる抜け
止め縁34を有している。そして、ドローバー2
4が後退するとき押圧部材26は摺動スリーブ3
2に押されて反時計方向に回転させられ環状溝2
2に入り込むようになされている。前記ドローバ
ー24の後端には雄ねじ部36が設けられ、この
雄ねじ部36にねじ孔37を有する回転体38が
そのねじ孔37においてねじ嵌められ、この回転
体38はスピンドル13にベアリング39を介し
て回転自在に設けれている。このような構造によ
り回転体38を回転させることにより、スピンド
ル13と相対回転しないようになされたドローバ
ー24を進退させることが出来る。なお、ドロー
バー24を進退させる機構は実施例のものに限定
されるものではなく、例えば、ばねでドローバー
24を後方に付勢し、ドローバー24を前方に突
出させるときは油圧によつてそれを押すようにし
てもよい。

り付けることが出来る。また、ドローバーを後退
させることによつて、ばねによつて前方に突出付
勢された摺動スリーブにより押圧部材を確実に起
こして凹所の内周面に押し当てることが出来る。
