重等によつて生じさせるインナー駒を本体の中心
穴内に設け、一方、カツタの背面を支持する本体
の座面部には座面より突出した頭部をダルマ穴の
小径縁部に係止させる複数のクランパを周方向に
定ピツチで設け、荷重点をクランパに、力点をイ
ンナー駒に、支点を本体にそれぞれ係合させた梃
を介して弾性体の復元力によるクランプ力をクラ
ンパに伝達し、そのクランパの引込みによりカツ
タを締付けるようにしたところに特徴を有する。
