本考案は天板に設けた開口の縁部に、加熱調理
器具の上板周縁を嵌め込んでなる厨房装置に関す

状突壁４の上面は開口３側に向うに従つて高くな

調理器具で、６はその上板５ａの周縁に折曲形成
した垂下片部である。この垂下片部６は環状突壁
４の外側に位置するようにこの環状空壁４に嵌合
している。７はごとく、８は加熱用バーナ、９は
