し部に巻付き防止筒を嵌挿し得る孔を穿設し、こ
の孔の回りの外側に、前記巻付き防止筒の端部が
嵌合する受筒の一部を固定すると共に他の部分は
ケースとの間に間隙を残し、この間隙に、前記ス
