類において本体に対して透明板等の板体を取り付
けるための板体取付装置に関するものである。

a…を有し、透明板2はその両側の鍔部2a…が
前記係合片3a…と筐体1との間に挟まれて支持
される。第4図は透明板2を支持させる順序を示
し、図示の如く透明板2の鍔部2a…が係合片3
a…から離れた状態で透明板2を筐体1の天板裏
面に押し当て、その状態で透明板2を矢印イ方向
に押し込むことにより鍔部2a…と係合片3a…
とが係合し透明板2が支持される。この場合鍔部
2a…を付設するピツチは透明板2自身の撓み強
度を勘案し、透明板2を上方より押しても大きく
へこまない程度に設定されるが、透明板2が大型
になればなる程鍔部2aの数が増える。又各鍔部
2aは所定の押圧力で支えられなければ透明板2
の固定が甘くなり、ガタ、ビビリ等の支障を来た
し易い。従つて第4図の如く鍔部2aを係合片3
aに横方向から挿入するに当つては各鍔部2aに
一定の押圧力が必要となるが、係合点が多くなる
につれて透明板2の押み込みに際しては大きな押
込力が必要となり、製品組立上の大きな支障とな
つていた。又この押込力は鍔部2aの挿入初期に
衝撃的に掛かるため、更に顕著になりがちであつ
た。即ちこれらの衝撃力で透明板2の破損や筐体
1を支えている部分に過大な力が掛かつて外観上
ダメージを来たすのである。又工数的にもムラが
多く、安定した生産が行なえにくく、又品質的に
も問題を生じ易かつた。

軽い押込力で所定位置に支持されることに着目
し、第5図に示すように透明板11の鍔部11a
〜11dのピツチと取付金具12の係合片12a
〜12dのピツチを異ならせておき、透明板11
の取付前の状態で鍔部11a〜11dと係合片1
2a〜12dとの間の隙間A〜DをA<B<C<
Dとなるようにしてある。従つて第5図において
透明板11に矢印方向に押込力を加えると、先ず
前端に位置する鍔部11aが係合片12aに挿入
される。この場合鍔部と係合片の一組分の初期押
込力で挿入がなされる。次いで鍔部11bが係合
片12bに挿入されるが、このときは鍔部11a
の軽減された押込力と鍔部11bの初期押込力で
全体が動く。以下順次押入がなされ、最後は鍔部
11dの初期押込力と鍔部11a〜11cの軽減
された押込力の総和で鍔部11dが係合し、透明
板11の取り付けは完了する。以上述べた第1実
施例において前記軽減された押込力は初期押込力
に比べて著しく小さいため、実際には鍔部11a
〜11dの順で一組づつ挿入がなされる程度の押
込力で済み、従来例のような衝撃的な過大な押込
力は必要でなく、組立作業が著しく改善される。
