でなければならないから、次の条件が望ましいこ
とが魚群の生態実験の結果判明した。すなわち、 a;黄色や橙色等の明るい色調であること、 b;光線の乱反射の大きいこと、 c: 投影面積を大きくして乱反射を大きくする
ために、偏平又は楕円形の断面が望ましいこ
と、 d;網脚自体が発光すること、 e; 異常な水圧、音圧、振動の発生源たり得る
ように大目合であること、 f; 潮による網の吹かれに対して正常な網形状
を維持するため比重が大きいこと、 である。

類を除去することを目的としたものであつた。し
かし、これらの網又は綱が使用中に潮流の作用を
受けて揺動することは否定できないのであるか
ら、威嚇効果のあることも認められることになる
ものの、前記公報の図面を含めた全体の記載から
もわかるように、網の場合は垣網本体の全面積に
ほぼ匹敵する大きさの網であるため、この網が揺
れる場合には、垣網本体とほぼ同様な状態で揺れ
ることになつてしまい、してみると、外観的には
垣網のみが存在する場合と比較しても大差がない
ことになる。つまりこの網の存在することによつ
て生ずる威嚇効果はさして大でないのである。ま
た綱を取り付けた場合においても、この綱は、そ
の数が少なく、かつ垣網本体の全面積に対する密
度も小さいので、魚群に対して顕著ではなく、し
たがつて威嚇効果としては、さしたる実効が期待
できないのであつた。

対して顕著な威嚇作用を発揮し、誘導するように
したたものである。

発生を伴い、魚群に対する威嚇、誘導効率を高め
るという効果を有する。
