本考案は瞬間ガス湯沸器その他の給湯器におい
て、これを凍結時の破損から防止する安全装置に

（従来の技術）
従来この種給湯器として、給湯器本体内に、ガ
スバーナその他の熱源と、該熱源で加熱される熱
交換器と該熱交換器に連なる上流側と下流側との
各水管とを備えると共に、該水管に外周のフアス
ナで互に結着される接続部を備える式のものは知
られるが、この場合該熱交換器は内部の水の凍結
によれば大きな内圧を作用されて破損され勝ちで

（問題点を解決するための手段）
本考案は、給湯器本体内にガスバーナその他の
熱源と、該熱源で加熱される熱交換器と、該熱交
換器に連なる上流側と下流側との各水管とを備え
ると共に該水管に外周のフアスナで互に結着され
る接続部を備える式のものにおいて、該フアスナ
にＶ字状その他の切込みを施すことを特徴とす

（実施例）
本考案実施の１例を別紙図面に付説明する。図
面で１は湯沸器本体を示し、該本体１内にガスバ
ーナその他の熱源２と、該熱源２で加熱される熱
交換器３と、該熱交換器３に連なるその上流側と
下流側との各水管４とを備えると共に該水管４の
適所に外周のフアスナ５で互に結着される接続部
６を備える。これを更に説明すれば該接続部６は
第３図及び第４図に明示するように上流側と下流
側との両半部６ａ，６ａを互に嵌合して各端部の
フランジ６ｂ，６ｂで互に重合させる型式とし、
該フアスナ５は例えば第２図及び第５図に明示す
るように金属板性の環状体から成り、これに形成
される環状のスリツト５ａにおいて該フランジ６
ｂ，６ｂに嵌合して両フランジ６ｂ，６ｂを互に
結着付着する型式とするもので、この点は従来の

場合本考案によれば該フアスナ５は該切込み７を
備えるもので、該切込み７はその破断を促進す
る。即ち該フアスナ５は該切込み７により比較的
速やかに破損して該接続部６を開き、前記した圧

速やかに破損して該接続部６を開かせるもので、
熱交換器３その他の主要部材をその損傷から防止
することが出来、その構成は単に該フアスナ５に
予め切込み７を施せば足るもので簡単であり、廉

の他の切込みを施すことを特徴とする給湯器にお
