(Prior art) Conventionally, a large number of drainage pipes have been installed inside buildings, occupying a considerable amount of indoor space, so in order to simplify this, it is not necessary to provide drainage pipes for each individual device. In some cases, a single drain pipe is commonly used to drain water from multiple devices, such as a bath and a toilet. However, in this case, depending on the water pressure difference, waste water from one device may flow back into the other device, causing a problem.

In order to solve the above problems, recently, partition pipes made of plastic, aluminum, etc., which divide a single drainage pipe into a plurality of compartments in the cross-sectional direction, have been manufactured. The reason why materials such as plastic and aluminum are used for such partition pipes is that these materials have good extrusion moldability. However, among the above-mentioned pipes, although plastic pipes are inexpensive and have excellent corrosion resistance and workability, they have the disadvantage that they are flammable and can burn in the event of a fire, producing toxic gas. In order to make it fireproof, for example, a fireproof coating could be considered, but the processing was complicated. Although aluminum pipes are durable, they are expensive, have poor workability, and are susceptible to rust and limescale build-up on the inside, as well as dew condensation on the outside. Furthermore, when the above-mentioned partition pipes are connected to each other, a butt type is used since the pipes are made of extruded material. For this reason, even if a pipe is externally fitted to the connecting portion, there is a drawback that the bending strength of the connecting portion is insufficient.

(Structure of the device) The above object is to form n fitting grooves, a natural number of 2 or more, along the longitudinal direction on the inner wall of a mortar pipe reinforced with fibers, and to form n fitting grooves to be fitted into each fitting groove. A partition pipe having a longitudinal edge and a partition plate shorter than the length of the mortar pipe is fitted into a fitting groove of the mortar pipe to form n compartments communicating in the longitudinal direction within the mortar pipe; an inner tube having an outer diameter approximately equal to the inner diameter of the mortar tube, and having a second partition plate inside thereof divided into n compartments in the cross-sectional direction;
The above-mentioned second partition plate protrudes from both ends of the inner tube in the longitudinal direction, and a groove 7 having a width approximately equal to the thickness of the partition plate 3 is formed at the edge of the protrusion. The intubation is performed by inserting and abutting adjacent mortar tubes, and aligning and abutting the second partition plate of the inner intubation tube and the partition plate of the adjacent mortar tube so as to form the same plane. This is achieved by a mortar partition pipe connection structure.

(Example) 1 is a mortar tube double-reinforced by wrapping a mortar layer containing glass fibers in a spiral shape around a core mold (not shown) via a vinylon net, and usually has an outer diameter of 60~ It is formed to be 180mm long, 2000mm long, and 7.5 to 9mm thick. In the case of FIG. 1, two diametrically opposed fitting grooves 2 having a rectangular cross section are formed in the inner wall of the mortar tube 1 by the above-mentioned core mold along the tube's longitudinal direction. Also, the mortar tube may be extruded, but in that case vinylon net is not used.

The mortar pipe 1 is water resistant by itself, but when complete water resistance or open storage is required, it is necessary to coat the inner or outer surface of the pipe with an emulsion of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, epoxy resin, polyester resin, etc. Alternatively, it can be treated with a solution to provide a water-resistant coating.

In FIGS. 5 and 6, reference numeral 5 denotes an inner tube for connecting two adjacent mortar tubes 1, which is made of metal or plastic and has an outer diameter approximately equal to the inner diameter of the mortar tubes 1. In the case shown in the figure, the internal intubation tube 5 is integrally formed with a second partition plate 6 that partitions two compartments in the cross-sectional direction. Second
Both ends of the partition plate 6 protrude from the end of the internal tube 5, and the edge of the protrusion is provided with a groove 7 having a groove width approximately equal to the thickness of the partition plate 3, forming a U-shaped cross section. has been done. If the inner end of the groove 7 is chamfered as shown in the figure, and the distance in the longitudinal direction between both grooves 7 is made approximately equal to the length of the inner tube 5, the mortar tube 1
This is convenient when connecting.

Figure 7 shows the two mortar tubes 1 inserted into the inner tube 5.
Indicates a state connected via. As mentioned above, the partition plate 3 to be aligned is pulled in from the end of the mortar tube 1 by a predetermined length, and the inner tube 5 is inserted between the opposing ends of the two mortar tubes 1 to separate the two mortar tubes 1. The partition plates 3 are fitted into the grooves 7 of the second partition plate 6 in an aligned manner so that both the partition plates 3 and 6 are on the same plane. In order to facilitate the alignment of each partition plate during the above connection, it is convenient to make match marks on the outer surface of the mortar tube 1. After the connection is completed, a sealing agent or a sealing band (not shown) is attached to the outer periphery of the connecting portion of both mortar pipes 1. The seal band is made by tightening a metal band 9 on the outside of a rubber band 8, and can be attached to a building by attaching a hanging tool to this.
