Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、エアクラツチの作動に必要な圧縮空
気を供給する為の遊星歯車減速機のエアクラツチ
空気供給機構に関するものである。

と被動軸とを連結解除する手段としてエアクラツ

作のみで遠隔操作が可能であると共に取扱いが容
易であるという利点を有しているが、作動流体で
ある圧縮空気の供給が支障なく行える構造のもの
に限定される。

軸6に貫通穿設した通孔である。従つて、従来の
エアクラツチ供給機構は減速機3を貫通する歯車
軸の存在が不可欠となる。然し、遊星歯車減速機
に於いては減速機を貫通する歯車軸6がなく、従
来のエアクラツチ供給機構を実施することができ
ず、遊星歯車減速機ではエアクラツチは採用され
ていない。

ることを特徴とする遊星歯車減速機のエアクラツ
チ空気供給機構に係るものである。

に嵌合し、前記屈曲路25と屈曲管27とから前
記通孔24を出た作動流体である圧縮空気を減速
機7内部で反転し前記連結管28の1端に導く屈
曲流通路を形成し、又、前記連結管28の他端を
エアクラツチ4にロータシール2の如き結合装置
を介して連結する。ここで前記連結管28は太陽
軸19の中心に穿設した孔29に挿通されてい

の基部を嵌合させることにより、連結管28の回
止めを行つている。
