【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、コンクリート型枠のパネルの補強
等に使用する型鋼に係る。型鋼は、長手方向に連
続する長方形、楕円形等の開口部内側に締付金具
により丸パイプ或いは角パイプを取付け、同様に
パイプに他の型鋼を取付けることで組立て、コン
クリート型枠のパネル補強等に使用していた。そ
して型鋼は一般に、長手方向に連続して複数の開
口部を有する二枚の側壁を対向し、開口部を略一
致した上で側壁間を連結部材を用いて連結して形
成していた。連結部材としては側壁の開口部形成
時の切起し片を側壁面に対して約90゜曲げたまま

りしていたが、両側壁の開口部を一致することに
固執していたため、開口部内側に連結部の連結端

を取付ける使用時において、両側壁の開口部開口
縁が一致していなければならないのは丸パイプ、

な縁であり、側壁の開口部の長手方向の縁は一致
していなくともパイプ取付時の作業性、及び強度
に差異のないことを知見した。この考案は上記知
見に基づくものであり、即ち、長手方向に開口部
を連続して有する側壁を対向し、連結部で側壁相
互間を連結する型鋼において、側壁の対応する開
口部は長手方向にずれており、連結部は一方の側
壁の開口部における長手方向開口縁から連結する
他方の側壁方向に折曲し、他方の側壁内側に当つ
た位置から側壁内側にそつて開口部中心方向に折
曲して連結端を形成し、連結端及び他方の側壁の
内側を固着することを特徴とする型鋼を提供する
ことでスポツト溶接により連結可能で連結効率の
よい型鋼を提供することを目的とする。
