A gas leak alarm device generally includes an alarm main body equipped with a sensor for detecting a gas leak, etc., and a power supply section for the alarm main body, which are housed in the same housing. By the way, in this type of device, the detection ability decreases due to deterioration of the sensor itself after about three years, so it is necessary to replace the sensor from a safety standpoint. However, as mentioned above, in conventional devices, the alarm main body and its power supply section are housed in the same housing, and all the transformers, fuses, varistors, diodes, capacitors, etc. that make up the power supply section are arranged on the main body's wiring board. Because of this, the replacement requires replacing the entire device, which is extremely uneconomical. Furthermore, since the sensor portion and other elements are located close to the transformer of the power supply section, they are easily affected by temperature rises therein.

Hereinafter, the illustrated embodiment will be described in detail. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of this invented device, in which a power supply section 1 and an alarm main body 2 are constructed separately. That is, a protection circuit 1b connected to the input side of the transformer 1a for the purpose of protection from surge voltage applied to the commercial power supply, and a rectifier circuit 1 connected to the output side of the transformer 1a.
In this configuration, a power supply section 1 consisting of a power source section c and an alarm main body 2 consisting of a load 2a including a sensor for detecting gas leakage, etc. are housed separately in separate housings.

The details will be explained with reference to FIG. Reference numeral 3 denotes a power supply housing housing the power supply unit 1, which is fixed to the wall of the room where the device is installed. 4 is the alarm body 2
This is an alarm housing that houses the alarm. The two are electrically connected via a signal line 7. 7a is a connector connected to the power supply section 1 side of the signal line 7. 5 is a cover of the power supply housing 3; 6 is an anchor plate fixed to the opening of the power supply housing 3 with bolts 8, 8 together with the cover 5; the alarm housing 4 is removably engaged with this plate; be done. Note that the cover 5 and the anchor plate 6 each have an opening 5 approximately in the center thereof.
a, 6a, and even when these are fixed to the power supply housing 3 with bolts 8, 8, the connector 7a can be attached and detached through the openings 5a, 6a.

Therefore, after fixing the cover 5 and anchor plate 6 to the power supply housing 3 with bolts 8, 8, the engagement holes 4a to 4d of the alarm housing 4 are
By engaging the engagement pieces 6b to 6e of the anchor plate 6, respectively, the power supply housing 3 and the alarm housing 4 can be integrated. The engagement pieces 6b to 6e of the anchor plate 6 attached to the power supply housing 3 and the engagement holes 4a to 4d of the alarm housing 4, which are removably engaged with these engagement pieces, respectively, are connected to the power supply housing. It constitutes a mounting part to which the alarm housing is removably integrated. FIG. 3 is an external view of this state.

When replacing the alarm main body 4 during periodic inspection or the like, it can be separated from the power supply housing 3 by disengaging it from the anchor plate 6 and removing the connector 7a. That is, the power supply unit 1, which does not change over time, can be used as is, and only the alarm main body 4, which has a built-in sensor that requires replacement, can be replaced.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the alarm main body is housed in the alarm housing, the power supply unit is housed in the power supply housing separate from the alarm housing, and the alarm housing is detachably attached to the power supply housing. A mounting part that is integrated into the alarm housing and a power supply housing are respectively provided, and the alarm main body in the alarm housing and the power supply part in the power supply housing are electrically connected so that they can be freely connected to and separated from each other,
The power supply section and the alarm main body constituting the gas leak alarm can be separated.

Therefore, when replacing the gas detection sensor during inspection due to deterioration, it is only necessary to separate the alarm housing from the power supply housing, disconnect the electrical connection, remove the alarm body, and replace it, making it extremely economical. In addition, it is reasonable because the work can be done in a short time.

Furthermore, in this type of device, the heat generated by the power supply section affects the characteristics of the sensor, but with this device, the power supply section and the alarm main body including the sensor are separated, so the heat generation Also, due to the above-mentioned separation, the wiring will not be crowded, and the influence of heat between each component will be eliminated. In addition, the power supply section with a heavy transformer will not be affected if it falls during transportation. Since the parts are separated, damage due to this is less likely to occur.
