The present invention relates to a label provided with an aluminum vapor deposition layer, and particularly to an aluminum vapor deposition label that can be attached to a bottle to be collected and used and has excellent bottle washing suitability. Conventional labels for beer bottles, etc., used a material consisting of aluminum foil and paper, but labels using aluminum foil are expensive and are less suitable for bottle washing, so in recent years aluminum vapor deposition has been used. Paper labels began to be used. Generally, with vapor-deposited paper, a pre-coat layer is provided on the paper base material before vapor deposition to smooth the surface and provide an aluminum vapor-deposited layer. This precoat layer used a nitrile cellulose resin lacquer, an acrylic resin, or a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin. However, with the aluminum vapor-deposited label provided with the above pre-coat layer, the label could not be removed well when washing the bottle with a 1-4% concentration of caustic soda solution after the bottle was used, resulting in problems in bottle washability. . In order to solve this problem of bottle washability, the pre-coat layer is made of a nitrate cellulose resin mixed with 5 to 60% by weight of fatty acid ester, or a resin whose main component is methacrylic acid ester and contains acrylic ester and acrylic acid. Acrylic resin made of copolymer resin was used. By using the above resin for the precoat layer, the problem of suitability for bottle washing, which had been a problem up until then, was solved, but it had the disadvantage that the gloss of the aluminum vapor deposition was insufficient. . The purpose of the present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an aluminum vapor-deposited label that is excellent in bottle washing suitability and has sufficient gloss. The present invention will be explained below. As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention is based on a base paper 3 in which a clay coat layer 2 is provided on a base paper 1, a precoat layer 4, an aluminum vapor deposition layer 5, a primer layer 6, a printing layer 7 and a This is an aluminum vapor-deposited label which has excellent bottle washing suitability and is glossy, which is formed by sequentially providing overcoat layers 8. Here, base paper 3 has an elongation of 25 when immersed in water.
% or less, especially 1.5 or less, 2.5%
If you use paper with a stretch higher than that, it will stick to beer bottles, etc.
When cooled in the refrigerator, water droplets that adhere to the bottle surface cause
Cracks occur in the aluminum vapor deposited layer and printed layer provided on the base paper, degrading the appearance. The precoat layer 4 is made of a resin in which 5 to 10% by weight of maleic acid is added to the amino-alkyd resin. If the amount of maleic acid is 5% by weight or less, water resistance is excellent, but suitability for bottle washing is insufficient. Resulting in. Moreover, if it is more than 10% by weight, adhesiveness will be insufficient and the label will fall off, wrinkle, or crack during refrigeration. The thickness of the aluminum vapor deposited layer 5 is suitably in the range of 300 to 1000 Å. Primer layer 6 provided on this aluminum vapor deposited layer 5
is a resin with good alkali solubility;
It is preferable to use any one of a nitrocellulose resin, a mixed resin in which a fatty acid ester is added to a nitrocellulose resin, and a resin in which an alkyd resin is further added to the mixed resin. The printing layer 7 is made of an ink using a nitrocellulose resin, a polyamide resin, or a mixed resin thereof as a vehicle, and further containing maleic acid. If the amount of maleic acid added to this ink is about 6% or less, sufficient alkali solubility can be imparted to the ink. Finally, the overcoat layer 8 is made of the resin used as a vehicle for the ink used in the printing layer 6, and is an alkali-soluble layer. Next, an example of the label of the present invention will be explained. A solution containing 40% by weight of each of the following four types of resin was applied to a base paper made of Commorant VMST (underwater elongation 1.2%) (manufactured by Fuji Kako) using the gravure coating method.
3 g/m 2 (solid content) was applied and dried by heating at 200° C. for 10 seconds to form a precoat layer. On this precoat layer, a 400 Å vapor-deposited aluminum layer was provided, a printing layer using ink using nitrocellulose as a vehicle, and an overcoat layer made of nitrocellulose resin were provided, and a label was produced by punching into a predetermined shape. Resin A: Amino alkyd resin Resin B: Amino alkyd resin with 5% maleic acid
