等を破損してしまうので、絶対に一枚の鉄板のみ
を供給することが要求され、それ故に金属板を加
工装置へ供給する機械化及び自動化の実現が遅れ
ている原因の一つとも云われている。

3を前記電磁フロート2に押圧接触させるための
押圧板4を押し出し自在に備えせしめ、前記補給
ステージ1の基端側、即ち前記電磁フロート2か
ら前記補給ステージ1の上面を前方へ移動する横
軸5に鉤ばね6を垂設せしめ、前記補給ステージ
1は前方にエプロン7を一体的に延長突設し、こ
のエプロン7の前端縁に辷り止め8を設置し、前
記補給ステージ1よりエプロン7に移送された一
枚の被加工物3は電磁石9を備えた昇降回転腕1
0により加工装置(図示せず)の加工台へ移送せ

た磁力により、電磁フロート2と接触した被加工
物3の一方側の端縁部分のみで、各々の被加工物
が互いに反発し合つて浮上して分離保持せしめら
れる。次に台車13が前進走行して横軸5を補給
ステージ1上を進行せしめ、この横軸5の移動に
伴なつて鉤ばね6が、先ず最上段の被加工物3の
縁部に接触し、第4図に示すように、鉤ばね6の
被加工物3と接触した個所で曲折され、この際
に、前記鉤ばね6は磁場からはずれた個所を通過
するので、磁気の影響を受けないが、仮に、前記
鉤ばね6が磁気の影響を受けて多少の吸着力を受
けたとしても、この吸着力に抗して横軸5が更に
前進して鉤ばね6が被加工物3の縁部を辷つて鉤
部12を最上段の被加工物3の縁部に係着保持せ
しめられる。そして、横軸5の前進に従つて一枚
の被加工物3のみがエプロン7へ運ばれる。エプ
ロン7の辷り止め8により被加工物3をエプロン

の降下と同時に電磁石9に励磁して被加工物3を
吸着しそして昇降回転腕10が上昇すると共に加
工装置の加工台(図示せず)の上方まで回転して
降下し同時に電磁石9の励磁が解除されて一枚の
被加工物3を加工台上に配給する。昇降回転腕1

によつて一枚取り自動供給を行なうことができる
画期的な装置である等の利点がある。
