ツトの下方に分割したセラミツク基板を収納する
パレツトと、このパレツトを移動させる機構と、
上記ガイドの上端部にセラミツクシート基板を受
ける分割台と、上方に押えフタとセラミツクシー
ト基板を位置決めするストツパーとから構成さ
れ、供給部より送られてくるセラミツクシート基
板の分割される先端部を上記分割ローラの分割・
搬送溝に入れ、分割ローラを回転させることによ
り押えふたと分割台とで固定したセラミツクシー
ト基板の先端部をスリツトにそつて分割し、分割
したセラミツク基板をガイドにそつて搬送しガイ
ドの移し替え用スリツトを通してパレツトに収納
させるように構成されるものであり、この構成と
することにより異形分割が減少するとともに量産
性の向上が図れるものである。
