この考案はスカムバツフル用のフロートをスカ
ム排出樋に兼用し、スカム排出を確実に行える上

が非常に複雑となつてしまう等の欠点があつた。

つて確実に排出することを可能とした上澄排出装
置用スカム処理装置を提供することを目的とす
る。
