In addition, both ends of the supernatant liquid intake pipe 3 are connected to the sewage treatment tank 1.
It is rotatably arranged via a bearing 7 and a fitting 6 fixed to the side wall of the drain pipe 2 by an anchor bolt 5, and one end thereof is placed opposite to and adjacent to the drain port 4 of the drain pipe 2. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a drain port 4 is provided at one end of the tube by rotating the supernatant liquid intake pipe 3.
A through hole 8 having a predetermined shape (semicircular in this embodiment) is provided so that waste water can be discharged only when the condition is met. In addition, a first
As shown in the figure, a supernatant liquid intake port 9 formed in the form of a groove or a small hole as shown in FIG. 4 is bored along the axial direction. The supernatant liquid intake pipe 3 is rotated at appropriate times by a chain, a belt 11, etc. driven by a drive unit 10.

The shapes of the drain port 4, the communication port 8, and the supernatant liquid intake port 9 are not limited to those in the above embodiments, and may be of any shape as long as they can fulfill their respective functions. Also, in Figure 1,
The valve shown on the right side of the sewage treatment tank 1 is for emergency use and is normally kept open.

Next, the operation will be explained. During aeration, as shown in FIG. 5a, the supernatant liquid inlet tube 3 submerged in the supernatant liquid is driven by the drive unit 10, and the supernatant liquid inlet port 9 is positioned downward. Rotate the angle. This prevents sludge from accumulating in the intake pipe 3 during aeration, and this rotation also closes the drain port 4 and the communication port 8 to each other as shown in Figure 3a. Therefore, there is no need to provide a separate valve. On the other hand, during drainage, as shown in Figure 5b,
If the intake pipe 3 is rotated so that the supernatant fluid intake port 9 is upward, the drain port 4 and the conduction port 8 are aligned as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3b, and as shown in FIG. As shown in b, the supernatant liquid taken in from the supernatant liquid intake port 9 can be effectively discharged.

Therefore, by rotating the supernatant liquid intake pipe 3, it is possible to prevent sludge from flowing in during aeration, and it also functions as a valve for turning on and off the supernatant liquid discharge.
