送り山数を同一にして常に送入されるフインFの
山数と排出されるフインFの山数が同一になり、
従つて排出用ギヤーAA′と送入用ギヤBB′の間に
あるフインFの山数が常に一定であるよう設けら
れている。両者の送り用ギヤーはいずれも矯正し
ようとするフインの大きさならびに形状に応じて
適当な寸法ならびに形状の送り用ギヤーに交換し
得るよう設けられている。又上記の排出用ギヤ
AA′及び送入用ギヤーBB′は各組共に夫々の1組
のギヤーの軸間巨離を、各軸にとりつけた夫々同
一ピツチ且つ反対方向のネジを持つたナツト7,
7′及び8,8′に、共通の手動回転軸a及びbに
固着した上記ナツトと同様の同一ピツチ且つ反対
方向のネジ9,9′及び10,10′を係合させ、
該手動回転軸a及びbを正逆回転させることによ
り、自由に調整し得るよう設けられている。その
他に上記の排出用ギヤーAA′及び送入用ギヤー
BB′はクラツチ(一方向クラツチでもよい)を介
して軸に取付けることによつて軸に対して固着及
び解放を簡易に行うことが出来、従つて排出用ギ
ヤーあるいは送入用ギヤーのいずれかを単独にハ
ンドル11,11′によつて寸動回転出来るよう
設けられている。

時に回転して本発明装置の正常なピツチ矯正の作
業運転即ち送入用ギヤーBB′によつて第1次加工
品のピツチの粗いフインFをガイド溝1内に送入
し、排出用ギヤーAA′によつて所望のピツチを有
するピツチ矯正済の完成されたフインを連続的に
排出する作業を行うものである。又上記の連続作
業中に検査でピツチに異状を発見した場合、ある
いはピツチを積極的に変更する場合は直ちに運転
を停止して、ピツチが大きい場合は送入用ギヤー
BB′のみをハンドル11′にて回転させるか、又
は排出用ギヤーAA′を停止、送入用ギヤーBB′を
回転の状態にしてピツチを密にして所望のピツチ
に調整し、ピツチが小さい場合は反対に排出用ギ
ヤーAA′のみをハンドル11にて回転させるか、
又は送入用ギヤーBB′を停止、排出用ギヤー
AA′を回転の状態にしてピツチを粗くして所望の
ピツチに調整して元の正常連続作業に戻る。
