Description

Continuous corrugated forming system for water curtain block paper tape
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of corrugated paper forming equipment, in particular to a continuous corrugated forming system for a water curtain block paper tape.
Background
The water curtain wall, also called wet curtain wall or cooling water curtain, in the use process, the water film is kept at the corrugated fiber inside, hot air flowing through rapidly, and the temperature is reduced under the heat exchange effect of evaporation after absorbing heat by the water film, so that the purpose of reducing the room temperature is achieved. The water curtain wall has unique cooling and environment protecting effects and energy saving effects, and is widely used in the fields of industry, gardening, livestock and poultry cultivation and the like.
The water curtain wall is usually formed by cutting honeycomb water curtain blocks into required sizes, and corrugated paper formed by obliquely corrugating is usually stacked alternately in a positive and negative mode and then solidified in the production of the water curtain blocks based on the use requirement of the water curtain wall. In the production, only the pretreatment procedures of the paper tape in the earlier stage, such as gum dipping, drying and the like, realize automatic operation, and the procedures of subsequent corrugated forming, stacking, curing and the like, and also mainly depend on the cooperation of a large number of manual operations of all the procedures and equipment.
The corrugated forming process capable of realizing oblique corrugated forming is currently mainly used as double-roll forming equipment. The double rollers in the equipment are respectively provided with forming teeth which can form engagement with each other and are arranged in a straight line, paper is obliquely input between the two rollers, and under the press forming of the two rollers, the paper feeding and the forming of oblique corrugations are completed in the direction which forms an angle with the length direction. The device is limited by the input direction of the plane paper, the forming part of the paper in the input process is transversely and continuously offset relative to the double rollers, and the length of the double rollers is wired, so that in the production of the water curtain block, the pretreated paper tape can only be cut into the plane paper with a fixed length, and then the single paper is sequentially fed into the device for forming by manpower, so that the automatic production operation cannot be formed in a matched manner. In the forming process, the controllability of the input posture of the paper is poor, the forming quality is generally uneven, and the quality of the final water curtain block can be affected.
In addition to the above-described forming apparatus for linearly forming teeth, there is also a twin roll forming apparatus for helically forming teeth. The double rollers of the equipment are respectively provided with spiral forming teeth which can form engagement with each other, and the paper tape can be linearly input between the two rollers in the length direction for continuous oblique corrugated forming, for example, the double-roller forming equipment is the invention patent application with the application number of 201910207762.1 named as corrugated paper, corrugated paper production device and corrugated paper production line. The equipment can realize continuous oblique corrugated forming and can carry out automatic matching operation, but when the paper tape passes through the space between the two rollers, the cross section of the paper tape can be simultaneously subjected to the action of a plurality of groups of forming teeth, namely the cross section which is originally in a line segment structure, the paper tape is forced to be pressed into a wavy shape with unchanged width, the inside of the paper is equal to the paper tape which is subjected to transverse tearing, and the formed corrugated paper has a plurality of tearing problems and paper strength reduction problems, so that the corrugated paper cannot be applied to the subsequent water curtain block production.
In summary, there is no corrugating device at present, which can realize continuous forming operation and better oblique corrugating operation, so that the corrugating process can only perform semi-automatic operation.
