In the above configuration, the fan 4 is connected to the motor 6 via the motor 6.
, the outdoor air is discharged into the room from the exhaust port 7b via the air supply port 3a, the fan 4, and the heat exchanger 10. In addition, by driving the fan 5, indoor air is discharged from the suction port 7a to the outside through the heat exchanger 10, the fan 5, and the exhaust port 3b. The heat exchanger 10 performs heat exchange between the supply air and the exhaust air.

However, in the conventional device described above, cold outside air enters the main body case not only when the motor 6 is operating the fans 4 and 5 but also when they are stopped, which causes dew and frost to form inside and outside the main body case. This shortened the life of the equipment and caused stains on the indoor walls.

The present invention was developed to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional technology, and it heats the incoming outside air by installing a heater inside the main body. To provide an air-conditioning ventilation fan that operates at low speed and prevents dew condensation and frost formation inside and outside the main body, thereby improving equipment life and preventing contamination.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIGS. 2 and 3, 11 is a heater provided between the air supply port 3a and the air supply fan 4, and 12 is a passage provided between the air supply fan 4 and the heat exchanger 10. A resistive heat sensor that detects the temperature of the air, 13 is a control circuit also provided inside the main body case, and the control circuit 13 is connected to the resistive heat sensor 12.
In response to a signal from the sensor 12, energization of the heater 11 is controlled via an electromagnetic switch 13a so that the temperature of the air passing through the heater 11 becomes a predetermined temperature. A power transformer 14 is connected to a power source 15 and serves as a driving power source for the control circuit 13. Further, the motor 6 of each fan 4, 5 has a notch for controlling strength, 16 is a changeover switch, 17 is an energization switch for the motor 6, and 13b is an electromagnetic switch that operates in conjunction with the electromagnetic switch 13a.

In the above configuration, during operation, the energization switch 1 is
7 causes the fans 4 and 5 to be operated strongly or weakly via the motor 6. Then, when the temperature of the air taken in from the air supply port 3a falls below a certain temperature,
The thermal sensor 12 detects this and transmits it to the control circuit 13. In response to this, the control circuit 13 operates the heater 11 via the electromagnetic switch 13a to heat the supply air flow. Therefore, the supply air temperature is kept almost constant, and dew condensation and frost formation inside and outside the main body case are prevented. Further, when stopping, the energizing switch 17 is turned off to stop the motor 6. However, even in this stopped state, if the temperature of the outside air that has entered the main body case through the air supply port 3a is below a certain temperature, the electromagnetic switch 13a is turned on and the heater 11 is energized, and at the same time, the electromagnetic switch 13b is turned on and the motor is turned on. 6 is operated at low speed. Therefore, even when the operation is stopped, if cold outside air enters, this outside air is heated by the heater 11, and the low speed rotation of the fans 4 and 5 also forms supply air flow and exhaust air flow, so that the main body is warmed as a whole. This prevents condensation and frost from forming inside and outside.

As described above, in this invention, the temperature-controlled heater heats the air that enters the main body from outside through the air supply port, thereby preventing dew condensation and frost formation inside and outside the main body during operation. be able to. Furthermore, even when the machine is stopped, if the heater is turned on, the fan motor is operated at low speed in conjunction with this, thereby preventing dew condensation and frost formation inside and outside the main body due to the intrusion of cold outside air. Therefore, it is possible to extend the lifespan of the built-in equipment and prevent the indoor wall surfaces from becoming dirty.
