を取付けて、又、前記カバー18を使用する場合
には、第2図に示すように、太陽電池13をハン
ドル支持フレーム部12から取り外すと共に貫通
孔19からカバー18の外に出し、カバー18の
表面側上部に該箇所に設けた前記取付具21と同
構成の第4図に示す如き取付具21をして取外し
自在に取付けて、いずれの場合でも、太陽電池1
3の充電作用によりバツテリー3の上がりを防止
