[Detailed description of the invention] This invention can economically and effectively sterilize medical-related rooms and equipment, such as operating rooms, surgical equipment rooms, hospital rooms, consulting rooms, and outpatient waiting rooms, and has a simple configuration. The purpose is to provide a sterilizing lamp device that is easy to handle.A cylindrical reflector is provided on a movable base for ventilation, and a sterilizer lamp is mounted on the outside of the cylindrical reflector, facing the cylindrical reflector. A dust removal filter is attached to at least one of both openings of the cylindrical reflecting plate, and a ventilable harmful ray leak prevention body is attached to at least the other, and either of the openings of the cylindrical reflecting plate is attached. It is characterized by being equipped with an air circulation fan.

Recently, operating rooms and surgical equipment rooms in hospitals and clinics are required to be particularly clean areas, especially equipment-related items mainly for protecting surgical wounds, and dust removal and sterilization of the air environment. There is a growing demand for higher levels of performance.

However, bioclean air conditioners are large-scale and expensive to prepare the air environment in general medical rooms, and are not suitable for use in places other than those that require special indoor environments, such as sterile operating rooms.

Furthermore, most sterilizing air conditioners are of a circulation air conditioning type in which the air in many rooms is centrally controlled by a large-scale device, which is not suitable for simply sterilizing a single room.

A common way to sterilize a room is to use an indoor sterilizing lamp, which consists of two to four sterilizing discharge tubes installed above the indoor wall, and the lower part covered with a louver to prevent direct light from entering the room. Most of these are wall-mounted types that sterilize the indoor air by directly irradiating air from the ceiling and the upper part of the room.

However, since this method is fixed at the top of the wall, it only sterilizes the air in the upper layer of the room and the ceiling, but cannot sterilize the air in the lower layer of the room, appliances, and other items installed in the room. Looking at it, I can't expect much of a bactericidal effect.

In addition, as a mobile sterilizer, for example, as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 10860/1986, a large number of sheets are installed in the ventilation passage inside the housing, which has an air inlet at the bottom and an air outlet at the top. An electric dust generator is provided in which discharge electrode plates and dust collecting electrode plates are arranged in parallel parallel to the energizing direction with a gap between them alternately, and several ultraviolet lamps are arranged in parallel on the upper surface of the electric dust generator. There is an air sterilizing and purifying device that includes a series of exhaust devices.

Although this method can sterilize the indoor air, the dust collection effect of the electric precipitator is significantly reduced depending on the wind speed of the exhaust fan, so sterilization must be slow.
Moreover, since the dust collecting electrode plate collects dust and other contaminants by suction and adhering to them, there is a problem that even though the dust has been sterilized, the dust and other contaminants are circulated back into the room by the exhaust fan. At the same time, as with the indoor sterilizing lamp, it is not possible to sterilize instruments and other indoor objects.

Furthermore, due to its structure, there was a risk that harmful light from the germicidal lamp would leak out of the housing.

As described above, conventional indoor sterilizers have their advantages and disadvantages, and none of them has been able to easily sterilize indoor air, surgical instruments, and the like.

In this embodiment, the configuration and use are shown as described above, but for example, the cylindrical reflector may be not an upright type but a sideways type, and if it is cylindrical, it is not limited to a cylindrical shape, but a rectangular cylindrical shape. It does not matter whether the cross section is doglegged, inverted doglegged, trapezoidal, inverted trapezoidal, or any other shape depending on the desired reflection angle. It goes without saying that the design can be changed as appropriate within the scope of the invention.

Since the germicidal lamp device according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, it can easily remove dust from the indoor air of each room with a simpler and cheaper device than conventional devices.
Alternatively, it can uniformly and quickly sterilize indoor ceilings, walls, floors, installed objects, surgical instruments, etc., and since it is movable, the device can be moved to the desired position depending on the indoor conditions. The efficiency of surface utilization can be increased.

In addition, with this device, indoor air is forced to circulate inside the cylindrical reflector using an air circulation fan, and as it passes through the cylindrical reflector, it is removed from dust and sterilized by direct light and reflected light from the germicidal lamp. Because of this, the indoor air that has been sterilized by the external sterilizing lamp is sterilized again by the internal sterilizing lamp, resulting in a significant sterilizing effect.

Furthermore, in the case of a cylindrical reflector in which the external germicidal lamps are turned on simultaneously or separately, for example, at night, when no one is in or out of the room, Sterilization lamps are turned on at the same time to remove dust from the indoor air and sterilize everything in the room, such as in operating rooms during surgeries, surgical equipment rooms, hospital rooms, examination rooms, outpatient waiting rooms, etc. where there are people in the rooms. In such cases, only the internal sterilizing lamp is turned on, allowing dust removal and sterilization of the indoor air to be carried out without the harmful rays of the sterilizing lamp leaking from inside the cylindrical reflector to the outside. It is safe and convenient to use because the device can be used depending on the situation.
