と、第3図で示すように各マフラ1,2とシリン
ダ3を別体にしたものとがある。各マフラ1,2
をシリンダ3に一体に形成したものは第2図で示
すようにシリンダ3を構成する部材4の一面にそ
れぞれ開口する複数の凹部5…を形成し、この各
凹部5…の開口側端面をフレーム6の表面に密着
させて上記凹部5…を閉塞することによりこの各
凹部5…内をマフラ空間とするものである。

両端を閉塞した短かい円筒体からなる中空物1

7,17,18,18を貫通する孔19,20を
穿設することによりそれぞれのマフラ15,16
とするものである。また、各マフラ15,16は
バルブカバー21およびバルブプレート22を介
してシリンダ室23に通じるようになつている。
なお、24はピストン、25はその駆動ヘツドを
示し、駆動ヘツド25はフレーム11に形成した
軸孔26に軸支されたモータの回転軸(図示しな
い。)に連結されている。

性の高いものが安価に得られるとともに、その生
産性を向上できる。さらに、マフラ室が完全に密
閉されるため騒音低減効果が確保され、音がもれ
るようなことがなくなる。また、圧縮機のシリン
ダ部材を鋳造する際、その鋳物内に埋蔵される中
空物の内部空間によつてマフラを形成するため、
その鋳物内に埋蔵される中空物によつてこの構造
物の強度を向上できる等格別な作用効果を奏す
る。
