[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] This invention is used for the purpose of reducing grounding resistance when installing grounding members such as lightning arrester grounding electrodes, grounding rods, or buried grounding wires. The present invention relates to improvements in grounding resistance reducing agents.

[Prior Art] This type of ground resistance reducing agent has been provided in various composition forms, but they can be broadly classified into fluid reducing agents and powder reducing agents. The method of use for both methods is to scatter earth and sand around the grounding member and backfill it.

[Problems that the invention aims to solve] By the way, fluidity reducing materials are mainly used by mixing them with water, so it takes a lot of effort and effort to mix them on-site, and it also takes a lot of time and effort to lay grounding materials. When spraying into excavated trenches, especially on sloped areas, it tends to flow downward, making it difficult to spread evenly and resulting in a lot of waste.

In addition, powdered reducing agents have the disadvantage that the powder is thrown up during spraying or backfilling, worsening the environmental condition and reducing yields. It was also difficult to evenly cover the area around the grounding member.

Therefore, the purpose of this invention is that it does not require on-site kneading work like fluidity reducing agents, and there is no concern about fluidity loss, and unlike powdery fluidity reducing agents, there are concerns about scattering, loss, and environmental pollution. The aim is to provide a novel grounding resistance reducing material.

[Means for solving the problem] This invention basically uses a ground resistance reducing agent in powder form or similar to it, and improves its drawbacks in terms of both workability and effectiveness. This provides an excellent ground resistance reducing material.

That is, a grounding resistance reducing agent made by mixing a conductive material such as carbon powder or carbon fiber in a composition mainly composed of a powdered hardening material such as cement is used, and this is mixed with an easily soluble filling made of a water-soluble packaging material. It is characterized by being filled and sealed in a bag, and water-soluble plastic films such as polyvinyl alcohol can be used as the water-soluble packaging material.

[Function] In this way, when the grounding resistance reducing agent is filled and sealed in an easily soluble filling bag made of water-soluble packaging material, the filling bag is placed around the grounding member laid in the excavated trench. If an appropriate number of ground resistance reducing materials are installed, the bag filled with water-soluble packaging material will be easily removed by watering before or after backfilling the earth and sand, or by rainwater or underground water after backfilling. As it dissolves, the ground resistance reducing agent in the filling bag becomes hydrated and becomes closely attached to the surrounding soil, producing the desired effect.

This reducing material does not require kneading work during on-site construction, and there is no concern that it will cause flow loss, scattering loss, or environmental pollution. In addition, since the reducing agent is used by filling a bag with a predetermined capacity, it is possible to quantify the amount of spraying, and it is possible to achieve an effective ground resistance reduction effect without the need for excessive reducing agent. can.

[Example] Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of the external appearance of a ground resistance reducing material 1 according to the present invention.
2 is an easily soluble filling bag made of a water-soluble packaging material, for example, a water-soluble plastic such as polyvinyl alcohol, in which a powdery conductive material such as carbon powder is mixed into a composition mainly composed of a powdered hardening material such as cement. After filling the opening 2a with a powdered ground resistance reducing agent (not shown), the opening 2a is sealed by heat sealing.

For convenience in transportation and handling, the filling amount should be about 1 kg, and the filled state should be 50 cm long and 10~10 cm wide.
It is desirable to keep the size around 15cm. When targeting buried ground wires, if the length is about 1 m, the number of wires to be laid can be reduced, but there is a concern that the contents will be uneven and that it will not be possible to lay them evenly. However, as with the opening, if the inside is divided by heat-sealing at appropriate locations, a relatively long filling bag can be made, but if you take into account the time and effort required for filling and heat-sealing, the bag should be approximately 50cm long. The length is appropriate.

A shows a state in which a buried ground wire 4 is laid as a grounding member in an excavated trench 3, and B shows a state in which a buried ground wire 4 is laid as a grounding member in an excavated trench 3. A state in which a plurality of ground resistance reducing materials 1 are arranged on the top, C shows a state in which water is sprinkled on the ground resistance reducing materials 1 prior to backfilling with earth and sand, and D shows a state in which earth and sand are backfilled.

[Effects of the invention] As detailed above, the ground resistance reducing material according to this invention is made by filling and sealing the ground resistance reducing agent in an easily soluble filling bag made of water-soluble packaging material, so that the kneading work at the construction site is easy. It is highly workable and practical, as it does not require any fluid flow, scattering or loss, or causes environmental pollution. In addition, since the reducing agent is used by filling a filling bag, the amount of spraying can be quantified, and an effective ground resistance reduction effect can be achieved without using an excessive reducing agent. The contribution to the field is extremely large.
