の現場で多数使用するので運搬も大変であつた。 At that time, since the known spacing holder simply bends both ends of the flat plate upward along a line perpendicular to the length direction, the outer rising part receives a pressing force in the thickness direction, and It has the disadvantage that it bends easily, and in order to compensate for this defect, the overall thickness of the plate has to be increased, which increases the cost and makes it difficult to transport because a large number of them are used at one site.

Only a portion of the material can be inserted, and if concrete is poured in this state, the outside bent part of the part that is only partially inserted will be pushed outward by the pressing force of the concrete and the concrete formwork will be bent. Sometimes it came off.

ようにして前述の問題点を解決した。(d) Means for solving the problem The present invention consists of making two pairs of plate-like protrusions on the sides of the strip plate with a gap slightly narrower than the width of the formwork, and making cuts in the width direction to make them longer. By bending along a horizontal line, a raised protrusion is provided, and the load during concrete pouring is received in the width direction of the plate-like protrusion, thereby preventing the plate-like body from being pushed and bent. By forming a notch into which the lower side edge of the formwork fits inside the base of the plate-like protrusion, and by curving upward between at least one pair of plate-like protrusions, the lower part of the concrete formwork is is locked in the notch to prevent the plate-like protrusion from coming off the concrete formwork, and when setting the concrete formwork, even if there is a difference in height on the surface of the concrete formwork, the curved part side of the spacing aid is fixed in advance. When pushed into the lower part of one of the concrete formworks, the curved part is firmly clamped by the elasticity that tries to restore it, and when it is placed on the steel plate in this state, the other end of the spacing part in the lower part is in an upright position, and with the other concrete formwork tilted outward, its lower outer edge is placed near the notch on the other side of the spacing retainer, and the lower outer edge of the formwork is tilted outward. The above-mentioned problem has been solved by making it possible to easily set it in a predetermined position by simply standing it up after engaging each notch.

When the concrete formwork is placed in an upright state or laid down on its side, and the outer plate-shaped protrusion notch on the side of the curved part is engaged with the lower outer edge of the concrete formwork and then pushed in, the curved part becomes elastic. The inner plate-shaped protrusions engage with each other.

It fits between the two halves. In this state, the upper part of the formwork is fixed with an appropriate spacing holder.

対抗するので該板状突片が曲がることはない。 When concrete flows between the left and right formwork, the formwork is pushed outward, but the plate-like protrusion at the outer end of the spacing retainer receives the pressing force at the notch in its base, so that the formwork is pushed outward. The moment exerted on the plate-shaped protrusion is negligibly small and opposes in the plate width direction, so the plate-shaped protrusion does not bend.

Horizontal grooves 2a, 2a having slopes on the central side are formed in the middle part of the strip iron plate 1 at a distance between the forms, and horizontal grooves 2a, 2a having slopes on the central side are provided, and from that part outwards, there are provided an interval b, which is approximately equal to the lower width of the formworks 3, 3. There is an L-shaped horizontal groove 2 in the part separated by b.
Further, lateral grooves 2c, 2c are provided at parts spaced apart from the lateral grooves 2a, 2a by intervals c, c, respectively. By bending the portions in between upward along lines d parallel to the length direction of the strip iron plate 1, plate-shaped protrusions A, B, C, whose plate surfaces are parallel to the length direction of the strip iron plate 1 are formed. D can be obtained, and notches 4, 4 are formed on the inside of the base of the outer plate-like protrusions A, D, and the interval b between the plate-like protrusions B, C near the center, and the oblique upper part on the b side. Edges 5,5 are formed.

きる。 At this time, the lower portions of the left and right formworks 3, 3 are pushed outward, but since their outer edges are engaged with the notches 4, 4, the moment loaded on the plate-like protrusions A, D is This is practically negligible, and the plate-like protrusions A and D support the pressing force of the formworks 3 and 3 in the plate width direction, and the spacing retainer only receives the tensile force, so the thin iron plate But you can definitely accept it.

とができる。(g) Effects of the invention Since the invention is constructed as described above, when the plate-shaped protrusions A and B on the curved side of the spacer are fitted to the lower part of one formwork 3, the outer edges of It engages with the notch 4 of the outer plate-like protrusion A, and the plate-like protrusion A,
B will elastically hold the lower part of the formwork 3, and when the formwork 3 is placed on a steel plate with a height difference in this state, the spacing holder at the part corresponding to the lower part will be at a predetermined height. Therefore, when another formwork 3 is fitted to the other end side of the plurality of spacer retainers, the other end of each spacer retainer is at approximately a predetermined height, and the lower outer edge of the formwork is can be easily engaged with the notch 4 of the plate-shaped protrusion D, and can be fitted between the pair of plate-shaped protrusions C and D.
