可撓性材料よりなる環状のスカート部材を夫々配
設し、該内、外側の両スカート部材の一部を、案
内部材によつてターンテーブルの内側縁から離脱
させて粉粒体落下供給用の外脱部を形成し、この
外脱部の下方に上記払出しコンベアを臨ませたこ
とを特徴とするものである。
