Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は植毛を施した刷子基体と柄部との間に
形成される、首部の屈曲角度を使用者の好みに応
じて、任意に変化させることができる歯刷子に係
るものであつて、従来植毛を施した刷子基体と柄
部との間に形成される首部を、使用機能を高める
ため凹状としたり、屈曲したりしたものが存在し
た。これは、歯刷子による歯の清掃を効果的に行
なおうとするものであるが、口の大きさ形状等は
歯刷子の使用者個々によつて異なるものであり、
画一化することは、使用者にとつて却つて使用し
にくい欠点ともなつていた。この欠点を除去する
目的で、首部をプロピオネート樹脂材にて形成
し、屈曲可能としたものが従来存在したが、この
プロピオネート樹脂材で形成したもものは、2〜
3回屈曲を繰返すと折損してしまうものと成り、
磨く部分毎に首部の屈曲角度を変化させるような
ことは全くできないものであつた。また首部を折
曲出来るようにしたものには、上記の他、実開昭
53−73169号、実開昭49−106569号等が存在する
が、これらのものは首部を、刷子基体および柄部
とは別材質にて別個に形成し、これらの別部材を
接続固定することにより一体化し、一本の刷子を
形成するものであつた。そのため製造に極めて多
くの手数を要し、高価なものとなり、また外観の
意匠も接続部が表れて好ましくないばかりりでな
く、折曲変形を前提とする首部が、別部材を接続
固定して形成するものであるから、この接続固定
部から破損を生じる可能性が強く、到底実用には
供し得ないものであつた。

に繰返しこの屈曲角度の調整を行なつても、首部
にクラツクや切り離れが生じることがない安全な
歯刷子を得る為、刷子基体と柄部との間に形成さ
れる首部を、刷子基体および柄部とともに一体に
成型する事によつて、上記破損を生じないばかり
でなく、製造を容易とし、廉価な製品を得ること
ができるとともに接続部等が首部に表れる事がな
いから、意匠上も趣味感に優れたものを得ようと
するものである。

以下本考案の一実施例を図面に於て説明すれ

が可能であるとともにこの屈曲変形状態を一定範
囲で保持固定化できる材質であることを発見し、
このナイロン樹脂材の性質を歯刷子に用いるには
どのような構成とすることが最も望ましいかにつ
き種々研究の結果、上述の如く首部4を、柄部3
および刷子基体1よりも細幅で肉薄となるよう、
最小部幅aを3〜9mmの範囲で形成するとともに
最小部肉厚bを2〜6mmの範囲にて形成すること
を考案したものである。

20度に復元し、以後は継続的にこの角度を保持し

厚みを2〜6mmの範囲に形成することにより、首
部を屈曲可能であるとともにこの屈曲変形状態を
一定範囲に於て保持固定できるように形成したも
のであるから、柄部と刷子基体とを保持して首部
を任意の方向に任意角度屈曲させようとすれば、
首部はこれら柄部および刷子基体よりも細幅で肉
薄となるよう形成しているから、上記屈曲しよう
とする応力が首部に集中して、適宜角度屈曲さ
れ、植毛を施した刷子基体と柄部との間に形成さ
れる首部の屈曲角度を使用者が自分の口に合致さ
せて任意に変化させ、最も使用感の良い歯刷子を
得ることができるとともにナイロン樹脂によつて
形成したから、繰返しこの屈曲角度の調整を行な
つても、首部にクラツクや切り離れを生じるここ
とがなく、安全な歯刷子を提供することができる
ばかりでなく、刷子基体と柄部との間に形成され
る首部を、刷子本体および柄部とともにナイロン
樹脂で一体に成型する事によつて、製品強度を増
し、製造を容易とし、廉価な製品を得ることがで
きるとともに接続部等が首部に表れる事がないか
ら、意匠上も趣味感に優れたものを得る事ができ
るものである。
