の項で述べたとおり、このネジシール11のポン
プ力と、間隙空間10をテーパ状に設定したこと
による遠心力作用を利用して優れたシール力を発
揮するとともに、非接触式のシール構造であるた
め、回転トルクの発生をなくすことができる。

て漸次拡径する間隙空間内に設定したため、その
ポンプ作用と遠心力による流体飛散によつて優れ
たシール力を発揮するとともに、該ネジシールを
ゴム状弾性体により成形したため、振動や軸振れ
により該シールが相手環のテーパ周面に接触する
ことがあつても直ちに摩耗して再度離れるように
なる等の特徴を有し、シール性および長期耐久性
に優れたものである。
