【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は車両用フユーエルタンクにおけるイン
タンクポンプの取付構造の改良に係るものであ
る。

インタンクポンプは車両用フユーエルタンクに
補給した燃料油を車両エンジンに圧送するポンプ
をなすものであつて、前記タンク中に装着される
ものであるが、前記タンクの内底部中央には車体
が傾いても少なくなつた燃料油がポンプによりエ
ンジンに送られなくなるのを防ぐためサブタンク
を取付け、インタンクポンプを該サブタンク中に
取付けているものである。然るに従来は第5図に
示すようにフユーエルタンクaの上面に設ける開
口bにセツトプレートcを油密に取付け、該プレ
ートcの下面に固定したブラケツトdに、サブタ
ンクe内に挿入されるインタンクポンプfを固着
しているものであるが、該ポンプfの吸込口をな
すフイルターgとサブタンクeに内底面間のすき
間Lが大きすぎると燃料油の残量が多いのにポン
プ吸引が不能になり、少なきに過ぎれば摺れ合い
の騒音とか錆発生の問題が起る。加えて、開口b
を上面の中央部に設けることは、他の装備品との
兼ね合いもあつてできないことが多く、このため
ブラケツトdを図のように曲げる必要があること
があり、このためインタンクポンプfのサブタン
クeへの挿入が困難になり、しかもフユーエルタ
ンクaは鋼板をプレスし、溶接したものであるか
ら、前記のすきまLにばらつきを生ずる欠点があ
る。本考案はサブタンクとインタンクポンプとを
セツトプレートの内面に取付け、セツトプレート
をフユーエルタンクの下面から取付ける構造にし
て従来の前記の欠点を除くことを目的とするもの
である。

してセツトプレート4に油密に通し、さらにコネ
クター12を外部に取付けた給電線11をセツト
プレート4に油密に通してインタンクポンプ7の
給電端子13に接続する。

プ7,7aを固定するものであるから、フユーエ
ルタンク1に多少の製作誤差があつても、サブタ
ンク5,5aとインタンクポンプ7,7aの吸込
口をなすフイルター8の間のすきまLaは設定通
りになつて狂いを生せず、さらにセツトプレート
4はフユーエルタンク1の下側の開口2の下方か
ら取付けるものであり、フユーエルタンク1を車
両の車巾の中央に設け得ない場合でも開口2を車
巾の中央部下面に自由に設けることができるの
で、セツトプレート4、サブタンク5,5a、イ
ンタンクポンプ7,7aからなるユニツト体をフ
ユーエルタンク1の下面の開口から内部に挿入し
て、極く容易に取付けることができて、安価かつ
容易に製作することができコストダウンを図るこ
とができる等の利益がある。
