One of the construction methods for road bridges, etc. is to precast the deck slabs that make up the road surface structure, manufacture these individual precast deck slabs in advance at a factory or near the site, and then transport them to the site and install them on the top of the main girder. The construction method is known.

By the way, among the precast slabs constituting the above-mentioned slabs, those used for parts of road bridges that gradually expand or contract, such as confluence points, are shaped gradually (especially when they are adjacent to each other). The length in the width direction) is different. Therefore, the shape of the formwork used when pouring and manufacturing precast slabs such as those at the above-mentioned merging points must be changed little by little to suit each different precast slab.

The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and consists of a formwork for precast deck slabs consisting of a common part, which is a corbel molded part, and a non-common part, which is a flat molded part, and the corbel molded part has a V-shaped cross section. By arranging the flat bottom plate between the bottom plates in a removable and adjustable corner part, and by arranging the support member that supports the flat bottom plate under the flat bottom plate so that it can move up and down, the requirements for each precast floor slab can be met. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a formwork for precast deck slabs for road bridges, etc., which can be obtained very easily and in a short time, and which can reasonably reduce costs and shorten the construction period.

To explain the haunch forming part H1 , as shown in FIG. The bottom plate 2 on the right side of the figure is fixedly provided, and the right end portion of the bottom plate 3 on the left side is rotatably provided via a hinge or the like.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the lower flange 4 of the bottom plate 3 is bolted to the pedestal 1, so that the angle θ 1 between the bottom plate 3 and the horizontal plane can be arbitrarily set. On both sides of the bottom plates 2 and 3 there are side plates 5,
6 are fixedly provided, and a side plate 7 is provided movably in the directions of arrows A and B at one end of the bottom plate 3 in the width direction, that is, the left end in FIGS. 3 and 4. This side plate 7 has a structure in which it is divided into three parts in the vertical direction, and a circular hole 7a is formed by providing a semicircular notch in the mutually abutting part of the members constituting the side plate 7. As a result, one end of the reinforcing bar arranged inside the formwork can be projected to the outside, and the reinforcing bar can be positioned. Furthermore, a movable bottom plate (flat bottom plate) 8 is removably disposed between the bottom plates 2 and 3 for producing the lowermost surface of the corbel. This movable bottom plate 8 has a width dimension l 2 determined individually for each precast floor slab, is movable in the directions of arrows A and B in FIGS. 3 and 4, and has an angle θ 2 with the horizontal plane. can be set arbitrarily.
Further, a support member for supporting the movable bottom plate 8 is attached to the lower end of the movable bottom plate 8 by bolts 9a and nuts 9b so as to be movable in the directions of arrows C and D in FIGS. 3 and 7.

(i) If a road bridge changes with a gentle slope and you want to install precast deck slabs with gradually different haunch heights according to the change in slope, use haunch forming part H2 as an example. To explain,
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the bottom plate 12,
Width dimensions according to each precast floor slab between 13
A movable bottom plate 16 of l3 is disposed, and the central lower end of the movable bottom plate 16 is supported by a support member 17 that is vertically adjustable. That is, by selecting the movable bottom plate 16 with an appropriate width dimension and supporting this movable bottom plate 16 with the support member 17, the corbel height h 1 can be freely adjusted even though the same formwork is used. The desired formwork for precast deck slabs can be easily obtained.

(ii) If you want to obtain precast slabs to be used at locations where the width of a road bridge gradually changes, such as at a confluence point, and where the spacing l1 between main girders A gradually changes, please refer to Figures 11 and 11. As shown in Fig. 12, the length l 4 of the flat molded parts F 1 , F 2 , F 3 is determined according to the dimension between the main girders A at the location where the flat molded parts F 1 , F 3 are to be installed. 2 , F3 to haunch forming part H1 to H4
Interpose it in between. Thereby, the dimensions between the haunches and the overall length of the formwork can be set freely, and a desired formwork for precast deck slabs can be easily obtained.

(iii) If you want to obtain a precast slab where the length l5 of the overhang B from the outside main girder to the end of the bridge, such as a curved bridge, is arbitrary and the height h2 of the end of the overhang B is constant, As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the angle θ 1 between the bottom plate 3 and the horizontal plane is set according to the requirements of each precast slab, and the side plate 7
is moved in the directions of arrows A and B and placed at a predetermined location. Thereby, the height h2 of the end of the overhanging part B can be made constant, and the length l5 of the overhanging part B can be freely set, so that a desired formwork for a precast deck slab can be easily obtained.

(iv) If the slope is steep and you want to obtain a precast slab where the top surface of the slab and the bottom of the corbel intersect at an angle θ 4 as shown in Figure 15, the corbel forming part H 2
To explain this using an example, as shown in FIG. 16, a movable bottom plate 16 having an appropriate width l 3 is disposed offset by an angle θ 4 with respect to the horizontal plane, and the lower surface of this movable bottom plate 16 is moved vertically. It is supported by an adjustable support member 17. Thereby, a desired formwork for precast deck slabs can be obtained.

As explained above, according to the formwork for precast deck slabs for road bridges, etc. according to the present invention, there are corbel molding parts that are commonly used in each precast deck slab, and a corbel molding part that is removably interposed between these haunch molding parts. It also has a flat molded part made to a unique length to correspond to each precast floor slab, and the flat bottom plate is removable and angle adjustable between the bottom plates with a V-shaped cross section of the haunch molded part. At the same time, the supporting member supporting the flat bottom plate is arranged under the flat bottom plate so that it can move up and down, so the dimensions between the corbels differ depending on the individual precast slabs, and the corbel forming Formworks having different shapes can be obtained extremely easily and in a short time, and as a result, costs can be reduced and construction period can be reasonably shortened.
