前記基布2はビニールシートからなる表布7と、
この表布7の裏面に配したビニールシートからな
る力布8とによつて構成されている。この2層構
造の基布2は帯状に形成され、こゝに前述の如く
複数個のドツト釦1,1…を取付けている。前記
基布2は、第1図に示す如く、ビニールシートか
らなる覆布(本実施例では下前立布を覆布として
利用している)4上に配し、これを覆布4にウエ
ルダー加工による溶着によつて接合している。前
記溶着作業は、第1図に示す如く、基布2の両側
縁に沿つた1対の溶着線a,b、並びにドツト釦
1の両側部に位置し、前記1対の溶着線a,bを
結ぶ複数本の溶着線c,c…に沿つて行なわれ
る。従つて各ドツト釦1,1…の背部3,3…は
前記覆布4によつて覆われると共に、その周囲を
溶着線a,b,c,cによつて囲まれる結果、基
布2及び覆布4によつて囲まれる空間内に密封さ
