以下本発明の1実施例を図面に従つて説明す
る。第3図は本発明の取付方法に使用するモータ
ープーリー取付治具で、該取付治具はベース1に

イド板4がセツトされている。このスライド板4
とポスト2,3は2個のリニアモーシヨンベアリ

ヤ8,9とネジ10,11により固定され、シリ
ンダー取付板7の中央に圧入用シリンダー12が
固定されそのシリンダーロツド端はジヨイント1
3によりスライド板4につながれている。スライ
ド板4の中央部下面にはストツパーを有する圧入
用ポンチ14が取付られている。なお圧入用シリ
ンダー12は初期状態として上部へ引き込んだ状
態になるようエアーが接続されている。以上が圧
入機構部を構成する。次に、モーター押し上げ機
構を説明するとベース1にカラー15,16をは
さみ押上げ用シリンダー17が圧入用シリンダー
12圧入用ポンチ14と同一軸上にネジ止めされ
ており、このシリンダーは初期状態においてテー
ブル等のモーター押し上げブロツクが下降した状
態になるようエアーが接続されている。押し上げ
用シリンダー17のロツド先端にはオーバースト
ローク吸収バネ19を介しモーター押し上げブロ
ツク18が取付てある。この押し上げブロツク1
8はベース1のガイド穴にガイドされ上下にスラ
イドする。シヤフトチヤツク機構は、ベース1に
スペーサーブロツク20を介しストツパー21が
ネジ止めされている。スペーサーブロツク20の
高さはモーターケース22の高さよりわずかに高
い寸法となつており、ストツパーブロツクはベー
ス1に平行に取付られモーターMの回転軸Sのチ
ヤツク部23及びポンチストツパー部24は
SKS材に焼入れ処理HRC58゜がなされている。ス
ライド側としてはベース1に垂直にシリンダー取
付板25がネジ止めされ、これに平行にシヤフト
チヤツクシリンダー26が取付られている。この
シリンダー26は初期状態として引き込み側とな
るようエアーが接続されている。又このシリンダ
ー26の先端にはシヤフトチヤツカー27がスト
ツパー21と同一面上かつ同一軸線上に取付られ
