該操作部材5に形成される段部13aに係合して
該部材5の該中間位置への押圧操作を阻止すべく
作動するロツク部材10を設け、該ロツク部材1
0を該水圧応動部材7に連結して、非通水時には
その作動が解除されるようにし、且つ該段部13
aの前方位置に、該ロツク部材10と協動して該
操作部材5の該終端位置への押圧操作を阻止する
