面を有する大径円周部を備え、他側に傾斜外面を
有する小径部を備え、ケース内にあつて大径円周
部の傾斜内面が回転コロの外側とコロガリ接触
し、かつ、回転コロによつて支持される減速デイ
スクと、この減速デイスクの小径部に相対向して
ケースの他側部内に回転可能に配設される回転デ
イスクと、この回転デイスクの外周に固設され、
内面が傾斜面とされる固定リングと、回転デイス
クの減速デイスクと対向する面上で、回転デイス
クの中心を中心とする円周上の3等分位置のそれ
ぞれに軸を傾斜して配設され、内側が減速デイス
クの小径部の傾斜外面とコロガリ接触するととも
に、外側が固定リングの内周部とコロガリ接触す
る遊星コロと、前記回転デイスクの中心に連設さ
