Claims (1)
枠3と、該外枠3内に嵌合支持される蓋体4とか
らなり、前記蓋体4はその外周を囲む枠体5と、
底板6と、該底板6に取付けられた把手7とを備
えた床面開口部の閉鎖装置において、前記外枠3
は、上端に適宜巾の平坦部13aを外側に向けて
設けると共にその遊端から下方に補強片13bを
延出し、高さ方向中間位置に外側に向かつてL字
状金具14の板厚相当分だけ陥入する断面矩形状
の凹陥部17を形成し、下端に枠体支持平坦部1
3cを内側に向けて設けると共にその遊端から上
方に補強片13dを延出してなる折曲板材13を
四方に配して、これらの折曲板材13の接続端部
同士を突き合わせると共に突き合わされた両接続
端部における隣接する前記凹陥部17,17を前
記L字状金具14を嵌入して、このL字状金具1
4と前記両凹陥部17,17とをスポツト溶接し
て接続することにより矩形状に形成され、一方、
前記蓋体4の枠体5は、上端に適宜巾の平坦部1
5aを内側に向けて設けると共にその遊端から下
方に補強片15bを延出し、高さ方向中間位置に
内側に向かつてL字状金具14の板厚相当分だけ
陥入する断面矩形状の凹陥部18を形成し、下端
に適宜巾の平坦部15cを内側に向けて設けると
共にその遊端側に上方に延出する補強片15dを
介して内側に延びる底板載置部15eを形成して
なる折曲板材15を四方に配して、これらの折曲
板材15の接続端部同士を突き合わせると共に突
き合わされた両接続端部における隣接する前記凹
陥部18,18にL字状金具14を嵌入させてこ
のL字状金具14と前記両凹陥部18,18とを
スポツト溶接して接続することにより矩形状に形
成され、さらに、この枠体5の前記床板載置部1
5eに床板6の下面外周部を固着すると共に該床
板6の上面中央部に囲筒9を固定し、この囲筒9
の上端開口部内に把手7の握り部収納凹所20を
有する平面長方形状支持枠10を嵌め込んで該支
持枠10のフランジ部10aを囲筒9の上端開口
縁に固着すると共に前記収納凹所20内に収納し
た把手7の握り部11の両端部に上端を一体に取
付けたU字状係合枠12の垂直杆部12aを収納
凹所20の底部両側に穿設した孔19,19に上
下動自在に挿通し、且つ把手7を持ち上げた際に
U字状係合枠12の下端水平杆部12bを収納凹
所20の外底面に当接させるようにし、さらに、
囲筒9の外周面と枠体5の内周面間の空間部に充
填物8を充填してなることを特徴とする床面開口
