<Prior art> A sealed container in which an opening/closing lever that can be latched to the lid is attached to the container body, or conversely, an opening/closing lever that can be latched to the container body is attached to the lid, has an intervening mechanism between the lid and the container body. The interior of the container can be sealed by elastic deformation of the sealing material installed, and since a relatively large sealing force can be obtained, it can also be used as a container for fluids such as liquids. In recent years, stackable sealed containers equipped with such an opening/closing lever have been developed, and Figure 1 shows the appearance of one example, and Figure 2 shows a part of the cross-sectional structure of the stacked containers. As shown, an upper container 10 is stacked on a lower container 102 via an inner lid 101.
3 is covered with an upper lid 104, and an opening/closing lever 105 rotatably pivoted to the upper lid 104 is latched to a receiving portion 106 protruding from the lower container 102. In this example, an annular sealing material 107 is attached to the upper lid 104, and the upper end of the upper container 102 is pressed by the sealing material 107, thereby sealing the upper container 102.
However, as the distance between the pivot pin 108 of the opening/closing lever 105 and the receiving part 106 increases, the bending deformation of the opening/closing lever 105 increases, and the seal against the upper end of the upper container 102 increases. There is a structural drawback that the pressing force of the material 107 is weakened. Therefore, a frame portion 109 surrounding the side wall portion of the upper container 102 is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the upper lid 104, and an opening/closing lever 105 is rotatably attached to the lower end of this frame portion 109 via a pivot pin 108, and is pivotably attached. Care is taken to shorten the distance between the pin 108 and the receiving portion 106.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> As in the conventional sealed container shown in FIGS. If the groove wall 111 is set higher than the groove wall 111 on the inner circumferential side, the frame portion 109 becomes a bulge when installing or replacing the sealing material 107, making it extremely troublesome to fit the sealing material 107 into the storage groove 110. . This problem is particularly noticeable in the case of a rectangular container in which the storage groove 110 is formed of a plurality of straight parts and a plurality of circular arc parts (corner parts) having a constant radius of curvature, and a larger tension is applied to the seal than in the straight parts. This makes the work of fitting this sealing material into the circular arc portion that bears the load on the material 107 extremely difficult. Moreover, in the case of a rectangular container, a greater tension is applied to the sealing material 107 in the arcuate portion of the storage groove 110 than in the straight portion, and its cross-sectional area becomes smaller than that in the straight portion, and the pressing force against the upper end of the upper container 102 is reduced. It is well known that a lack of this is a cause of deterioration in the sealing performance of the arc portion.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The sealing material storage structure for a sealed container of the present invention consists of a container body and a lid that tightly covers the container body, and a ring-shaped container formed on either one of these. The storage groove for the sealing material forming the storage groove has a plurality of straight parts and a plurality of circular arc parts with a constant radius of curvature, and the outer groove wall of the storage groove serves as a frame part, and the inner groove wall In a sealed container having a high height, at least the central portion of the groove wall on the inner peripheral side of at least one of the plurality of circular arc portions is provided to protrude higher than other portions, and the storage groove is The present invention is characterized in that a plurality of arcuate portions have a groove shape that pushes out the sealing material toward the opening side of the storage groove.

<Operation> When fitting the sealing material into the storage groove, first fit the sealing material into the straight part of the storage groove and the circular arc part where the groove wall on the inner circumferential side does not protrude high, and then finally insert the sealing material into the storage groove. While pulling the material, it is hooked onto the high protruding part of the groove wall of the arc section and pushed into the arc section.

At each arcuate portion of the storage groove, the groove width is narrowed or the bottom of the groove is raised, so the sealing material is pushed toward the opening side of the storage groove, causing elastic deformation of the sealing material in sealing performance. Secured.

The entire groove wall on the inner circumferential side of the arcuate portion 13 has a straight portion 1.
A sealing material mounting auxiliary part 19 is integrally provided and is higher than the groove wall on the inner circumferential side of 2, and in this embodiment, this sealing material mounting auxiliary part 19 is connected to the four circular arc parts 1.
Although they are formed on all three arcuate portions, they may be formed in a pair diagonally apart, or may be formed on only one arbitrary circular arc portion 13. Furthermore, the height of the groove wall on the inner circumferential side of the straight portion 12 may be approximately the same as the thickness of the sealing material 14, but the height of the auxiliary portion 19 for sealing material mounting may be adjusted so that the frame portion 18 is left over when the sealing material 14 is mounted. It is sufficient to set it to such an extent that it does not feel awkward, and it is also effective to bend the sealing material mounting auxiliary portion 19 inward to facilitate fitting of the sealing material 14.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the auxiliary part 19 for attaching the sealing material is formed on the entirety of each arcuate part 13.
It may be formed only in at least the central portion of 3, and its shape can of course be freely set.

On the other hand, the groove widths of all the arcuate parts 13 in this embodiment are set in a tapered shape that becomes narrower toward the groove bottom, and the storage groove is arranged so that the width of the groove bottom at the center of each arcuate part 13 is the minimum. 15. As a result, the sealing material 14 receives compressive force,
Since it is elastically displaced toward the open end side of the storage groove 15, it is pressed against the upper end of the upper container 103 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and exerts a sufficient sealing force. As described above, in this embodiment, the thickness of the groove wall on the inner peripheral side of each circular arc portion 13 is tapered to narrow the groove width, but the thickness of the groove wall is adjusted to the height of the storage groove 15. The groove width may be narrowed by making it uniform in the direction, or the same effect can be obtained by making the storage groove 15 shallower by raising the groove bottoms of these circular arc portions 13. Furthermore, it is naturally possible to combine the structure of narrowing the groove width with the structure of raising the groove bottom.

<Effects of the invention> According to the sealing material storage structure for a sealed container of the present invention, at least a part of the groove wall on the inner peripheral side of at least one of the plurality of circular arc parts is provided to protrude higher than other parts. Since the height difference between the sealing material and the frame part is set small, the frame part does not become too awkward when fitting the sealing material into the circular arc part compared to the conventional one, and the work of installing the sealing material can be easily performed. In addition, the groove width of this circular arc portion is made narrower than other portions, or the groove bottom of the circular arc portion is raised higher than other portions to push the sealing material toward the opening side of the storage groove, so that the circular arc portion It is possible to set the sealing performance of the straight part to the same level as that of the straight part, and it is possible to make the container highly reliable as a sealed container.
