Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 2, an electric blower 8 is provided as a device for supplying malodorous gas under pressure, and at the start of operation, fuel from a flow path 7 is passed through a preheating burner 9.
The malodorous gas was preheated by combustion in the heat exchanger 6, and the preheated malodorous gas was catalytically combusted in the deodorizer 2 to thermally decompose the malodorous components. .

However, expensive electric power is required to drive the electric blower 8, and in particular, when the high-pressure blower 8 is installed to downsize the deodorizer 2 and the heat exchanger 6, the high-pressure blower 8 requires equipment costs and operation costs. The drawback was that the costs were extremely high.

The characteristic configuration of the present invention is that a device for pressurizing and supplying malodorous gas containing combustible components from a preheating heat exchanger to a catalytic combustion type deodorizer includes a compressor for supplying the malodorous gas, and a compressor connected in conjunction with the compressor to supply the deodorizer to the deodorizer. The system consists of a gas turbine installed in the exhaust gas path from the engine, and its functions and effects are as follows.

In other words, the gas turbine is driven by high-pressure hot air generated by catalytic combustion in the deodorizer, and the gas turbine drives a compressor to supply malodorous gas under pressure from the heat exchanger to the deodorizer.

In other words, by effectively utilizing the pressure energy and thermal energy generated in the deodorizing process, expensive electric power is not required or is not required, and
By combining a small and inexpensive gas turbine and compressor, the heat exchanger and deodorizer can be downsized by supplying sufficient pressurized malodorous gas.

As a result, the entire equipment can be made sufficiently smaller and cheaper than the conventional electric blower configuration described above, and the operating costs can be extremely low.
It is now possible to provide a deodorizing device that is excellent in terms of economy and installation.

A compressor 1 that pressurizes and supplies malodorous gas containing combustible components is interposed in a malodorous gas supply path 3 to a catalytic combustion deodorizer 2, and a gas turbine 4 is interlocked and connected to the compressor 1 to supply exhaust gas from the deodorizer 2. The gas turbine 4 is installed in the passage 5 and is configured to be driven by high-pressure hot air from the deodorizer 2, so that the compressor 1 supplies malodorous gas under pressure.

A heat exchanger 6 is provided to preheat malodorous gas from the compressor 1 to the deodorizer 2 with exhaust gas from the gas turbine 4, and the burner section 2a and catalyst layer 2b are transferred to the deodorizer 2.
The catalyst layer 2b burns the combustible components in the malodorous gas preheated by the heat exchanger 6, and the malodorous components are decomposed by the heating caused by the combustion.
In addition, the burner section 2a is configured to sufficiently preheat the malodorous gas at the start of operation or when the calorific value of the malodorous gas is insufficient.

Incidentally, the fuel supplied from the flow path 7 to the burner section is as follows:
City gas, LPG, kerosene, or any other appropriate catalyst may be used, and the catalyst used in the deodorizer 2 may be a platinum group metal such as platinum or palladium supported on a honeycomb carrier, or any other suitable catalyst.
