【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、セラミツク製で接面に通水孔を有
する対の板弁を備えた水栓類に於ける弁切替え時
の水撃防止に関するものである。

け、この室32,33は弁座34により通じてお
り、この弁座34に固定側のデイスク部材35を
下に可動側のデイスク部材36を上にして内装
し、該デイスク部材36は弁棒37と一体的に結
合されており、ハンドル38の操作によつて弁口
39,40の開閉を行なうものである。

対の板弁、同じく対のパツキング及び弁ケースの
回り止めのある底板を内装する弁室を設け、別に
設けた弁棒は軸中心に通水孔を貫通すると共に、
該通水孔の上端に別体の圧力調整筐を取付ける螺
口及びその外周には前記ピンを突設し、下端の外
側には前記板弁と結合される多角形の係合部を設
ける。前記圧力調整筐は、内部を圧力調整板によ
り二分して圧力調整弁室及び空気圧室を設け、こ
の圧力調整筐は底面の螺合部によつて前記弁棒
と、またこの圧力調整筐の全体を包み込むように
覆うハンドルとは上面の螺合部によつてそれぞれ
一体的に結合されるように構成し、上記結合によ
つて弁棒の通水孔の上下に圧力調整筐の通水孔及
び前記固定の板弁の通水孔とを常時連通の状態と
する。また前記ハンドルは断面ほぼ逆コツプ形を
呈する合成樹脂製で、内部に前記圧力調整筐を収
容できるように形成したものである。

上部に、後記の弁棒12を挿通させる縦孔13と
該弁棒12の過回動をピン14を介して阻止する
廻り止め15を突設し、この弁ケース9の下部内
側には後記の板弁16,17、同じく対で輪切状
にしたパツキング18,18及び前記弁ケース9
をホゾとホゾ孔の組合せによる廻り止め15aを
配した底板19を組付ける弁室20を形成する。
前記弁棒12は軸方向の全長に貫通する通水孔2
1を有し、該通水孔21の上端には螺口6a及び
