10とを各金型7,8に周縁に沿つて配置してい
る。またトリミング代6′の離脱方向となる下金
型シヤーリング刃10の内側には、シヤーリング
刃10上面より窪んだ凹部11が形成され、この
凹部11に相対向して、上金型シヤーリング刃9
の内側には凸部12が形成してある。また凹部1
1のシヤーリング刃10側の形状はなめらかなア
ール部13をなしている。14は凹部11近傍に
設けたヒータであり、金型温度の調整用である。

れ、また上金型7の凸部12に熱可塑性樹脂シー
ト6が当接し、凹部11内に押し込まれる事によ
り、シヤーリング裁断面15がシート中心部へ移
動し、第5図で示すように下金型8に設けてある
なめらかな凹部11に引込まれる。さらに上金型
7が下降し、上金型7と下金型8とが加熱された
熱可塑性シート6を完全に押し込み、約10Kg/cm2
の圧力を加えると、第6図のごとく、シヤーリン
グ后の裁断面15が下金型8の凹部11内に沿つ
て塑性変形し、シヤーリング時形成されていた裁
断部15のバリ(図示せず)が、塑性変形により
凹部11の形状に変形し、なめらかな面を呈する
ことになる。尚、トリミング代6′の離脱方向と
逆側の裁断面15はシヤーリング刃9の押し込み
によりアールが形成されバリは生じない。

らかな凹部を設けた金型にて、シヤーリングの後
に、裁断面が凹部内に沿つて塑性変形させること
により、裁断面におけるバリ処理を行なう方法で
あるため、シヤーリング後サンドペーパーや、ヤ
スリ等で、裁断面を仕上げる必要がなく、裁断と
同時にバリ処理を行えるためその生産性が向上す
る。また、片側の金型になめらかな凹部を設ける
だけで、完全なバリ処理が可能であり、金型代も
安価となる。
