【考案の詳細な説明】
産業上の利用分野
本考案は瞬間給湯器の給湯配管による湯温立上
り遅れを解消するための給湯配管末端昇温装置に

従来例の構成とその問題点
従来の大型給湯器によるセントラル給湯システ
ムでは第1図に示すように1台の大型給湯器で2
〜3カ所の給湯配管を行なつているため、配管長
さLは短かい場所で2〜3m、長い場所では8〜
10m以上になる。このような配管での使用開始時
の給湯湯温立上り状態を時間の経過との関係で表
わしたのが第3図である。t0時間は末端蛇口をひ
ねつてから配管L分の間に残つていた水が流れる
時間、t1時間はt0に給湯器が点火されて、給湯器
自体で湯温を立上げる。いわゆる加熱速度といわ
れる時間を加えたものである。従つて蛇口をひね
つてから当該蛇口に欲しい湯の温度が出てくるま
でにt1時間が必要であり、この時間はLの長さや
水温、気温、配管材質などで差違が出るが、一般
に30〜40秒は必要であり、この間に無駄な水を捨
てなければならないことと、長い待ち時間を要
し、瞬間給湯器といえども大変不便な欠点があつ

上記目的を達するため、本考案の給湯装置は流

された給湯配管と、給湯配管長さに関連した容量
の小タンクを設けるとともに、前記小タンクには
ヒーターおよび前記給湯配管長さに関連した設定
温度のサーモスタツトを有し、前記小タンクを蛇
口の直前に設ける構成であり、蛇口開栓とほぼ同
時に湯が使用でき、セントラル給湯の良さと即出
湯の良さを兼ね備えるという効果を有するもので

5およびサーモスタツト6を含む電気回路を形成

り、小タンク4の中の水は電源7とヒーター5に
より加熱されている。サーモスタツトの設定温度
まで湯温が上昇すると一端ヒーターは切れ、小タ
ンクが冷めてくると再度ヒーターが入り、常に小
タンク4は配管L分に見合つた湯温に保たれてい
る。蛇口3を開栓すると流水状態となり、大型給
湯器は流水スイツチ8が流水を検知し、9はガス
弁を開かせ、給湯器は点火状態となる。蛇口3か
らは小タンクの中で加熱された湯が開栓すると即
時に出湯し、第3図の10で示すような曲線で立
上る。配管2内に残つていた水は、小タンク4の
中に順次流れ込むため、小タンク4内の湯温は若
干下がつてくるので、第3図の10のように蛇口
3から出る湯温はT1分降下する。次に大型給湯
器1が点火状態になつているため、大型給湯器の
加熱速度に要する時間が経過すると小タンク4内
には大型給湯器1で設定された湯温の湯が順次流
入し、蛇口3から出る湯温は再び上昇し、ついに

ば、蛇口3で十分な湯温が得られなかつたもの
が、第3図の10で示す如く、即座にして大型給
湯器で設定した湯温に近いお湯を得ることが出来
るという効果を有する。なお給湯を短時間の間に
断続して使用するときも、小タンク4内はT0の
温度のお湯が残されているため、即座に蛇口3よ
