産業上の利用分野
本考案は一般家庭用、業務用に広く用いられて
いる太陽熱給湯装置の太陽熱集熱器に関するもの

従来例の構成とその問題点
従来の一般的な集熱器は、第1図に示すように
集熱板1が外装体2内に断熱材3と共に納めら
れ、上部はガラス等を用いた透過体4で覆われた
構成をしている。第2図は従来例の集熱器6がベ
ランダ7の前方に設置された時の概略図である。
8は安全柵、9は階下の洗濯物等の干物である。
このような設置事例の場合、集熱器6についた水
分は階下に滴下し、洗濯物等の干物9をぬらした
り、ベランダを汚したりするという問題があつ
た。その為、第3図のように集熱器下部に雨樋1
0を固定金具11で支持して別設し、階下への水
滴落下防止をはかつていた。しかし、雨樋10を
別設した場合、工事費がかさんだり、雨樋10を
はずせず清掃がしにくい為、排水口12が詰つた
りし、雨樋10の機能が十分発揮されなかつた。
又、集熱器6を第4図のように安全柵8の手前側
に設置するという方法も考えられるが、集熱器架
台13も必要になり、ベランダの有効スペース利

考案の構成
上記目的を達する為、本考案は、集熱板とこの
集熱板を支持する外装体と、この外装体の上下に
とりつけられた固定金具とを備え、下側の固定金
具の下方部に後記雨樋を水平に保つための角度可
変で着脱可能な自在継手およびドレン口を有した
雨樋を設けたもので、この構成によれば、集熱器
が一定の傾斜をもつて設置された時でも、樋が角
度可変である為、水滴を効率良く集水することが
できるし、雨樋の詰まりに際しても雨樋をはずし

架台17にも連結できるようにしてある。本構成
によれば、集熱器6下方部に雨樋14が設けられ
る為、雨水あるいは結露水の水滴を効果的に雨樋
に集水することができる。又、第5図に示すよう
な傾斜角度を有する取付の場合や、第3図のよう
な垂直は取付けの場合でも、自在継手15によつ
て雨樋14の向きをいつも水平に調節することが
できる。又、雨樋14が詰つても、取りはずし可
