Generally, the surface of electrical appliances has adjustment knobs, switches, connection terminals, etc. protruding from the surface, and the interior of electrical appliances has parts that require high precision or many minute parts. It may be soldered. Therefore, when packing electrical products, the packing structure must be such that these various parts will not be damaged by strong impacts or excessive loads.

この種梱包構造としては、従来、例えば第1図

As this type of packaging structure, the one shown in FIG. 1, for example, is well known in the past. That is,
In Fig. 1, 1 is the product, 2 is a bag made of vinyl, etc., 3 is a tray packing made of styrofoam, etc., and 4 is a storage box. Both sides of the product 1 wrapped in the bag 2 are sandwiched between a pair of tray packings 3. The tray packing 3 is provided with a recess 3a corresponding to the shape of the product 1, and both sides of the product 1 sandwiched by the tray packing 3 are fitted into the recess 3a. Fixed. The product 1 fixed by the tray packing 3 in this way
is stored in the storage box 4, and the packing is completed.

However, the above-mentioned conventional packaging structure has a drawback that the storage box 4 becomes too large compared to the size of the product 1 because of the tray packing 3. Furthermore, it is necessary to form a recess 3a in the tray packing 3 using a mold, and the shape of the recess 3a must be changed according to the shape of the product to be packed, which increases costs and makes automation difficult. The drawback was that it was difficult.

In order to achieve this objective, the present invention includes a cover having a plurality of elastic protrusions on its surface, and a plurality of support plates each having a cushion surface having a plurality of elastic protrusions on its surface. The product is characterized in that the product is wrapped in the cover, and the product is sandwiched between the support plates in a sandwich-like manner with the cushion surface facing the product wrapped in the cover.

When packing, the product 1 is first wrapped with the cover 5, and the upper and lower surfaces of the product 1 wrapped with the cover 5 are sandwiched between a pair of support plates 6 in a sandwich-like manner. At this time, as shown in the front cross-sectional view of FIG. 3 and the side cross-sectional view of FIG. The protrusions 5a of 5 are pressed against each other, and the product 1 is fixed while being protected from external forces. and,
The thus fixed product 1 is stored in a storage box 4 slightly larger than the product 1, as shown in FIG. 5, and packing is completed.

In the above embodiment, the case where the upper and lower surfaces of the product are sandwiched between the support plates has been described, but other appropriate locations may be sandwiched depending on the shape of the product. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the number of support plates may be further increased depending on the shape of the product.
