【考案の詳細な説明】 《産業上の利用分野》 本考案はセンベイ、ビスケツト等のような薄板
状品物を所定数駒立て状(起立状態)にして包装
する自動包装装置におけるガゼツト形成装置に関
するものである。 《従来の技術》 従来、センベイ、ビスケツト等のような薄板状
品物を、所定枚数毎の起立状態となし、これを連
続した帯状のプラスチツクフイルムのごとき包装
材を筒状に製袋しながらその内部に所定ピツチご
とに供給し、前記薄板状品物群間の包装材を上下
から横方向にシールカツトして包装体となす薄板
状品物の自動包装装置は、実公昭49−8684号公
報、特開昭50−130592号公報、実公昭53−32857
号公報の如く公知である。 そして上記包装に際しては包装終了後の薄板状
品物が、筒状体内でその起立状態を崩さないよう
にするため並びに包装形態を美しくするために包
装体の前後端部両側にガゼツトを形成してシール
カツトを行うのが望ましい。 そこで、そのようなガゼツト形成装置として
は、従来特公昭54−35824号に示されるようなも
のがある。すなわち包装材からなる筒状体内に、
所定間隔ごとに品物を収納し、その状態のまま移
送する。そしてその移送途中に筒状体の空間部
(前後の品物間にできる空間で後にエンドシール
される部位)両側の上下方向略中央位置にガゼツ
ト形成爪を内方に向つて押しつけることによりガ
セツトを形成するようになつている。 《考案が解決しようとする問題点》 しかしながら、上記した従来の装置では、以下
に示すような問題を有している。 すなわち、従来の装置では、ガゼツト形成爪が
筒状体の中央位置にいきなり入り込んでくるた
め、ガゼツト形成爪の筒状体への挿入位置が不安
定となり正確なガゼツト形成ができない。そして
上下方向にズレた位置にガゼツト形成爪が入り込
んだ場合にはきれいなガゼツトができないばかり
でなく、必要以上の押圧力が品物に加わつてしま
い、品物が本願のようなセンベイ、ビスケツト等
のような薄板状品物の場合には上記押圧力により
その品物が破損してしまうおそれがある。 特に、ガゼツト形成爪が当接する場合は品物が
収納されていない空間部であるため、包装材が比
較的ゆるくたるんだ状態になりやすいため、ガゼ
ツト形成爪が所望位置に入り込みにくく仮に所定
位置に入り込んだとしても、入り込み当初(包装
材の応力が小さい)はガセツト形成爪の進入にと
もない包装材が相対的に上下方向に移動しやす
く、その結果、上述した問題がより顕著にあらわ
れやすいという問題がある。 本考案は上記した問題点に鑑みてなされたもの
で、その目的とするところは、薄板状品物群の転
倒防止を兼ねてガゼツト予備形成を行わせること
により正確なガゼツト形成ならびに薄板状品物の
起立状態の崩れのない包装を行うことのできる薄
板状品物の自動包装装置におけるガゼツト形成装
置を提供するにある。 《問題点を解決するための手段》 上記した目的を達成するため、本考案に係る薄
板状品物の自動包装装置におけるガゼツト形成装
置では、帯状の包装材を連続的に筒状に形成する
製袋器と、前記製袋器の前方に位置し、前記製袋
器により筒状に形成した筒状体内に品物を所定数
駒立て状にて一定間隔ごとに送入する品物移送装
置と、前記製袋器の後方所定位置において前記所
定数からなる薄板状品物群間の包装材を上下から
横方向にシールカツトするシールカツト装置を備
えてなる自動包装装置において、前記製袋器とシ
ールカツト装置間における前記筒状体の両側に沿
つて前記筒状体の移送速度と同一速度で移行する
一対のエンドレスチエーンを張設し、該エンドレ
スチエーンの所定ピツチごとに前記筒状体の空間
部両側の上縁近傍及び下縁近傍部を側方から内方
へ向つて狭縮させて予備ガゼツトを行ないつつ各
薄板状品物群の前後部を挟持する品物挟持爪を設
けるとともに前記シールカツト装置部において前
記筒状体の移送速度に同期して両側から中心部に
向つて突出し、前記品物挟持爪によつて形成され
た包装材狭縮部の上下方向略中央位置をさらに内
方へ向つて折曲せしめガゼツト部となすガゼツト
形成爪を配設した。 《作用》 筒状体内に一定間隔毎に品物が挿入された状態
のまま移送される。このとき、一定間隔毎の各品
物群の前後には空間部が画成されている。そして
その空間部の側面の上下縁をそれぞれ品物挟持爪
によつて両側から狭縮して挟持する。これにより
品物挟持爪が品物の前後部を押さえるとともに包
装材により折りくせをつけ予備ガゼツト形成がな
される。 次いでこの状態のまま空間部の上下方向略中央
部をさらにガゼツト形成爪によつて両側から中心
部に向つて折曲しガゼツトを形成する。 この時予め予備ガゼツトを行つているためスム
ーズかつ正確にガゼツトを形成することができ
る。 《実施例》 第1図ないし第6図は本考案の一実施例であ
る。 は製袋器であつて、帯状の包装材を連続的

ツト形成装置であつて、第1図示の如く筒状体
F′の移送速度に同期して駆動される水平回転ギヤ
6,6に偏心して取付けられた板体7,7に2又
状のガゼツト形成爪8,8を取付けてなるもので
ある。そしてこのガゼツト形成爪8,8は、上記
上下の品物挟持爪の上下方向略中間位置、
すなわち筒状体F′の側面の上下方向略中央部に配
置されている。 さらに前記ガゼツト形成爪8,8の2又部に横
シール・カツターヘツドC′が入るようになつてい
る。 なお、上記実施例において、説明したガセツト
形成爪は、これに限定されるものではなく、従来
周知の1本爪で単に水平に進退するタイプのもの
でもよい。 上記した実施例における作用について説明する
と、まず製袋器により筒状に形成された包装材
