(技術分野)
本考案は製版部で製版された原紙を版胴に巻回
し輪転謄写印刷を行うようにした輪転謄写印刷装

(従来技術)
第1図は従来の第1比較例で、原紙5を製版部

し、版胴1を矢印方向に超低速回転させて巻き付
けているが、そのためには版胴1を1r.p.m程度に
均一回転させる必要がある。しかし一般に版胴に
はカム等の連動機構が連結されており、1回転中
の負荷変動が大きく、均一で正確な超低速を得る
のが困難で、回転ムラを生じると原紙に負荷が加
わり製版品質の低下や原紙の破損を招くという欠

プ検知センサで、該クランプ検知センサ27の検
知により原紙排出ローラー23に連結されたクラ
ツチ(図示せず)が切れ、原紙排出ローラー23
を停止させるようになつている。29は原紙駆動
モーターである。前記検出手段の出力をうけて前
記排出ローラー23の駆動を停止させ、前記原紙
送りローラー22の駆動を所定時間続行すること
で前記原紙排出ローラー23及び原紙送りローラ
ー22間に原紙のたるみを形成させ、前記所定時
間経過後前記版胴21を回転させ、前記ワンウエ
イクラツチを有する原紙排出ローラー23をゆる
み回転させつゝ前記たるんだ原紙を巻き取る制御

せず)が切れ、原紙排出ローラー23は停止す
る。これと同時に開閉ガイド25はソレノイド等
により下方2点鎖線位置に開く。この状態で原紙
送りローラー22を所定時間駆動させると、原紙
28は2点鎖線のように下方にたるみを形成す
る。所定時間経過後製版が完了すると原紙駆動モ
ーター29は停止し、原紙送りローラー22の回
転は停止する。この状態で版胴21は原紙28の
先端をクランプ部26にクランプして矢印方向に
回転する。この時、停止している原紙排出ローラ
ー23は内蔵されたワンウエイクラツチにより原
紙に張力を与え乍ら原紙移送方向にゆるみ回転す
るようになつているので、たるんだ原紙28は適
度の張力を与えられ乍ら原紙排出ローラー23か
ら円滑に引き出され版胴21に巻き付けられる。
原紙送りローラー22は原紙28を斜め下方に送
るように配設すると、下方へのたるみを作り易

ーと原紙排出ローラーを駆動する手段と、前記原
紙排出ローラーの駆動を停止させる手段と、前記
検出手段の出力をうけて前記排出ローラーの駆動
を停止させ、前記原紙送りローラーの駆動を所定
時間続行することで前記原紙排出ローラー及び原
紙送りローラー間に原紙のたるみを形成させ、前
記所定時間経過後前記版胴を回転させ、前記ワン
ウエイクラツチを有する原紙排出ローラーをゆる
み回転させつゝ前記たるんだ原紙を巻き取る制御
手段を有しているので、簡単な構造により原紙に
適度の張りを与え乍ら版胴に確実に巻き付けるこ
とができ、装置全体を小型化し、安価に製作でき
