【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、製版部で製版された原
紙を版胴に巻回し輪転謄写印刷を行うようにした輪転謄
写印刷装置に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来の輪転謄写印刷装置は、製版部で製
版された原紙を原紙送りローラーにより水平方向に徐々
に送出し、その先端を印刷部の版胴のクランパーにクラ
ンプし、製版した謄写原紙をそのまゝ版胴に巻き付け印
刷を行っていた。又、製版部と印刷部は一版長より長い
位置に配設されていた。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記従来技術に於て
は、版胴はカム等の連動機構が連結されており、1回転
中の変動が大きく、均一で正確な超低速を得るのが困難
で回転ムラを生じ、この回転ムラが製版部にそのまゝ伝
達され製版品質が低下し、又製版された謄写原紙はゆる
んだ状態で版胴に巻き取られるのでしわが生ずるという
問題点があった。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記問題点を解
決することを目的とし、製版部で製版された原紙を原紙
送りローラー及び原紙排出ローラーでクランプ部を有す
る版胴に送る如くした輪転謄写印刷装置に於て、停止し
た原紙排出ローラーと、回転している送りローラーとの
間で製版された原紙を下方にたるませ、所定のたるみ量
になった時、前記原紙送りローラーの回転を停止し、前
記原紙排出ローラーによりクランプ部に送られた原紙の
先端をクランプした状態で版胴を回転させ、原紙排出ロ
ーラーのつれ回りにより原紙に張力を与え乍ら原紙排出
ローラーより原紙を引き出して版胴に巻き付け、且つ前
記クランプ部と製版部を一版長以内に配置したことを特
徴とする。 【0005】 【実施例】以下、図1に示した一実施例について説明す
る。製版部20と印刷部の版胴21間の長さは一版長以
内とし、原紙搬送路に原紙送りローラー22とワンウエ
イクラッチを有する原紙排出ローラー23を配設し、原
紙送りローラー22の中心を結ぶ方向を水平方向に対し
直角方向より下方に向け製版部よりの原紙を斜め下方に
送るよう配設し、原紙送りローラー22と原紙排出ロー
ラー23間に一端をピン24に枢着し、下方に回動し得
るようにした開閉ガイド板25を設けてある。26は版
胴21のクランプ部、27は原紙28先端がクランプ部
26に挿入クランプされたことを検知するクランプ検知
センサで、該クランプ検知センサ27の検知により原紙
排出ローラー23に連結されたクラッチ(図示せず)が
切れ、原紙排出ローラー23を停止させるようになって
いる。29は原紙駆動モーターである。前記検出手段の
出力をうけて前記原紙前記排出ローラー23の駆動を停
止させ、前記原紙送りローラー22の駆動を所定時間続
行することで前記原紙排出ローラー23及び原紙送りロ
ーラー22間に原紙のたるみを形成させ、前記所定時間
経過後前記版胴21を回転させ、前記ワンウエイクラッ
チを有する原紙排出ローラー23をゆるみ回転させつゝ
前記たるんだ原紙を巻き取る制御手段(図示なし)を有
している。 【0006】次に本発明の一実施例の作用について説明
する。原紙28は製版部20で製版された後、原紙送り
ローラー22へ送られ更に先に進む。この時、開閉ガイ
ド板25は実線の水平位置にあり閉じている。原紙28

にたるみを形成する。所定時間経過後一版長分の製版が
完了すると原紙駆動モーター29は停止し、原紙送りロ
ーラー22の回転は停止する。この状態で版胴21は原
紙28の先端をクランプ部26にクランプした状態で
印方向に回転する。この時、停止している原紙排出ロー
ラー23は内蔵されたワンウエイクラッチにより原紙に
張力を与え乍ら原紙移送方向にゆるみ回転するようにな

のたるみ量になった時、前記原紙送りローラーの回転を
停止し、前記原紙排出ローラーによりクランプ部に送ら
れた原紙の先端をクランプした状態で版胴を回転させ、
原紙排出ローラーのつれ回りにより原紙に張力を与え乍
ら原紙排出ローラーより原紙を引き出して版胴に巻き付
け、且つ前記クランプ部と製版部を一版長以内に配置し
てあるので、装置全体を原紙の給送方向に小型化でき、
又たるんだ薄い原紙に張力を与え乍ら引き出して版胴に
巻き付けるので版胴に巻かれた薄い原紙にしわがよらず
印刷が正確に行われる。
