(2) Background of the technology Printed board circuits are often used in electronic and communication devices, and there is a printed board shelf structure in which a large number of circuits are inserted and mounted in parallel along a guide groove. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the external appearance of such a shelf, showing a state in which one printed board is pulled out.

The shelf 1 has a box shape, and mounting metal fittings 2, 2 for attaching and fixing it to a rack are protruding from both outer sides of the front surface. A large number of guide grooves 3 (only one guide groove is shown in the figure) are arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals on the upper and lower sides of the inner surface. The printed board 4 has a rectangular shape, and has a front plate 5 fixedly attached to the front side, which is approximately L-shaped in plan view, and a connector 6 is coupled and connected to the back side.

A circuit pattern (not shown) is formed on the printed board 4, and a large number of circuit electronic components are mounted thereon. The front plate 5 is mounted with operation displays, inspection parts, operating parts, etc. of these circuits, and is connected to the circuits. When the connector 6 is inserted into the shelf 1, it is plug-in connected to a printed board connector (none of which is shown) of a backboard on the back of the shelf.

The printed board 4 is inserted with its upper and lower edges fitted into the U-shaped grooves of the guide groove 3, respectively.
When a predetermined number of front plates 5 are inserted as shown in the figure, all the front plates 5 coincide with the front surface of the shelf 1, resulting in a shape that is preferable both in terms of appearance and operation. A predetermined number of such shelves 1 are then mounted on a rack (not shown) to constitute an apparatus.

Depending on the configuration requirements of the device, or due to the addition of printed board units to improve functionality at a later date, or unnecessary printed board units, some portions are inevitably left unmounted. For such a part, a pseudo printed board, that is, a blank board 7, which is detachable and has nothing attached to the front plate and has no circuit formed thereon, is attached.
The appearance is also finely tuned.

(3) Prior art and problems As shown in Figures 2 and 3, in a conventional blank board, the part corresponding to the printed board and the part corresponding to the front board are bent into an L-shape in plan view. There are blank plates 8, 8'. In FIG. 2, lateral protrusions 10 are extruded and formed on the upper and lower edges of the printed board equivalent portion 9 that is fitted into the guide groove and runs along the guide groove. The height of this protrusion 10 is such that it can be inserted into the guide groove in pressure contact with the width of the guide groove. Also, in Figure 3,
A cutout portion 11 of a predetermined length is provided at the edge of the printed board equivalent portion 9, and a leaf spring 12 that is curved and protrudes in the side surface direction in the thickness direction as shown in the figure is fixed to this cutout portion. This leaf spring 12 is inserted in pressure contact with the side surface of the guide groove. In both cases of FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the blank plates 8, 8' function to be fixed in the inserted state in contact with the guide grooves.

However, since the blank plates 8 and 8' are metal plates, and the leaf spring 12 is also a metal plate, there are inconveniences such as damaging the guide groove 3, requiring a large force to insert/remove if the relationship is not proper, or not being fixed. It was something.

(5) Structure of the invention The structure of the invention to achieve the above-mentioned object is that the blank board inserted into the guide groove provided on the opposite surface of the printed board or blank board mounting part of the printed board shelf has a guide groove. A cutout part of a predetermined length is provided in the middle of the edge of the blank plate body to be fitted with, and an elastic member is inserted in the length direction to form a U groove shape and the width dimension of the U shape is larger than the width dimension of the guide groove. The direction is such that it straddles the notch and both ends are fixed to the blank plate, and as the blank plate is inserted, both sides of the elastic member, both sides of the guide groove, and the U-shaped tip of the elastic member and the guide By making pressure contact with the bottom surfaces of the grooves, the blank plate is removably fixed to the mounting part, and the blank plate is secured to the guide groove in a manner that allows it to be held securely, is easy to insert and remove, and does not cause damage to the guide groove. It is something.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, the blank board 15 has a main body part 16 equivalent to a printed board, which has the same height as the printed board and a short length in the insertion direction, and a front plate part 16', which is bent into an L shape in plan view. The upper and lower edges 17 and 18 of the main body portion 16 are provided with notches 19 and 20 of a predetermined length, respectively, at intermediate portions in the length direction.

The soft synthetic resin thin plate 21 is curved into a U-groove shape as shown in the figure, and cut-out portions 19, 20 are formed with the length direction of the U-groove shape as the insertion direction into the guide groove 24 (FIG. 5).
The main body part 16 is fitted so as to straddle the main body part 16, and both end surfaces are in contact with both sides of the main body part 16, and are fixed together with the backing plate 22 by screws 23. Alternatively, it may be fixed by caulking with eyelets, rivets, etc. The plate 21 may be, for example, a vinyl plate or a polyacetal plate, or may be appropriately selected from other synthetic resins, synthetic rubber, etc. as long as it has appropriate elasticity and restoring force.

The elastic member 21 (an elastic plate formed in a U-groove shape) fixed in this way has a bulge width on both sides of the U-shape that is appropriately larger than the width of the guide groove.

FIG. 5 is a partially cross-sectional perspective view showing a state in which the guide groove member 3 is inserted and fixed into one of the guide grooves, and the width of the guide groove 24 of the guide groove member 3 is widened with a rounded front end. Therefore, as the main body portion 16 of the blank plate 15 is inserted into the guide groove 24 from the tip and fitted along the guide groove 24, the U-shaped portion of the elastic member 21 is inserted into the guide groove 24.
The wide U-shaped portion is successively compressed along the roundness of the guide groove 24 and comes into pressure contact with both side surfaces of the parallel groove.

Since the above-mentioned state is both upper and lower, once the blank plate 15 is fitted into the guide groove 24, it is no longer fixed in any position. The elastic member 21 has a reduced width so that the main body portion 16
elastically deforms to expand in the width (height) direction. Therefore, the U-shaped tip also comes into pressure contact with the bottom surface of the guide groove 24. Therefore, blank board 1
5 is fixed without wobbling in the vertical and horizontal directions, but can be moved in any direction of insertion and removal by applying an appropriate force greater than the fixed frictional force. Note that the purpose can be achieved even if the elastic member is provided only on either the upper or lower side.

(7) Effects of the invention As described above, according to the blank plate fixing mechanism of the present invention, the blank plate can be inserted and removed easily and smoothly, and there is no possibility of damage to the guide groove.
Compared to metal springs, etc., it has various excellent effects such as lower cost.
