Problems to be Solved by the Invention For example, in the case of flat cables facing each other with a 45° cut plane at the corner shown in Fig. 4, it is possible to connect the adjacent conductive wires by welding. At the T-shaped intersection in the middle, it is very difficult to make an electrical connection, and even if you try to force the connection by welding, the connection work is troublesome and the finish is not good, making the flat cable complicated. There was a problem that it was not easy to make decorative lighting by crossing the lights.

Means to Solve the Problems Therefore, the present invention has developed a flat cable that is used for decorative lighting, etc. by covering at least two strip-shaped conductive wires in parallel with synthetic resin, etc., and arranging a large number of wedge light bulbs, etc. A connecting tool for electrically connecting a flat cable to another flat cable, the flat cable having a pointed contact portion that tears off the sheath of the flat cable and contacts the conductive wire therein, and the other end of which is connected to the other pointed contact portion. Provide an electrical connection device such as a flat cable connected to the other end by a flexible conductive connecting part, and the conductive connecting part is coated with an insulating material such as a synthetic resin, When flat cables cross in a T-shape, etc., the conductive wire of one flat cable and the conductive wire of the other flat cable can be easily connected by using the bend of the flexible connection part. It is something to do.

Operation Since the electrical connection device of the present invention has at least two pointed contact portions connected by a flexible conductive connection portion, it is possible to break the insulation on one of the conductive wires, such as a crossed flat cable. The flexible conductive connection flexes as required by touching one prong contact and touching the conductive wire of the other flat cable with the other prong contact. Even with flat cables that intersect at an angle, electrical connections can be easily made by simply inserting the pointed contact part of the connector.

Embodiments The electrical connector according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown below. 1 is an electrical connector in which a pair of tip contact portions 2 are connected by a flexible conductive connection portion 3; The pointed contact portion 2 has a needle-like shape with a sharp tip so that it can break the sheath of the flat cable and contact the conductive wire inside in a manner substantially parallel to it, and the flexible conductive connecting portion 3 is bendable. It is made up of bare stranded wires, etc. The outer periphery of the connecting portion 3, including the connecting portion with the tip contact portion 2, is covered with an insulating material 4 made of synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride. The connection between the tip contact part 2 and the connecting part 3 can be made by direct welding, etc., but in the embodiment, as shown in FIG.
A pair of tubes 5 made of phosphor bronze or the like to be crimped to the outer periphery of the tip contact portion 2 and a stranded wire 6 are connected together in advance, and the tube 5 is crimped and fixed to the tip contact portion 2. It is configured so that it can be done. After the connecting portion 3 made of the tube material 5 and the stranded wire 6 is fixed to the tip contact portion 2, it is covered with an insulating material 4 made of vinyl chloride resin or the like.

As shown in the third figure, the electrical connector 1 having the above-mentioned configuration includes flat cables 10 that intersect in a T-shape.
When electrically connecting and 11, one conductive wire A of 10
By tearing off the coating on the conductive wire A of the flat cable and inserting the pointed contact portion 2 into the conductive wire A of the same polarity and the other conductive wire A of the other 11, the flexible conductive connecting portion 3 can be connected as appropriate. The electrical connection is completed by bending, and the electrical connection can also be made simply by inserting the tip contact portion 2 of the electrical connection tool 1 into the conductive wire B, respectively.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the electrical connection device of the present invention, since it has at least two pointed contact parts connected by a flexible connection part, one of the conductive parts of the crossing flat cable, etc. By tearing off the insulation of the wire and inserting one pointed contact part into the conductive wire and making contact, and similarly inserting the other pointed contact part into the conductive wire of the other flat cable and making contact, the flexible connection part is created. It flexes as needed, making it easy to make electrical connections with flat cables that intersect at any angle. Furthermore, since the connecting portion exposed on the flat cable at this time is covered with insulation, there is no risk of electrical leakage or shorting. Therefore, it is possible to overcome the conventional difficulty in electrical connection and to freely cross and wire flat cables having a large number of wedge light bulbs for decorative lighting.
