PURPOSE:To eliminate whirling of the tail end of the coil and to prevent tail end cracking by giving adhering function to the surface to be abutted with the peripheral surface of the coil to be the tail end of the coil of the rapidly cooled extremely thin metallic band sheet fed to the winding machine just before finishing the coil winding.
