Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a woody pattern board excellent in flexibility and soundproofing property by a method wherein a flitch in the first stage is produced by alternately laminating thin woody veneer and flexible resin sheet and, after that, a flitch in the second stage is produced out of the resultant woody chips having woody part and resinous part and finally the flitch in the second stage is sliced. CONSTITUTION:Thin wood-based veneer 1 and resin sheet 2, to either one of which adhesive is applied, are alternately laminated to each other and then compressed in the form of a flitch so as to produce a flitch 3 in the first stage. Next, wood based chips 4, each of which has a woody part 1a and a resinous part 2a, are produced by planing the flitch 3 in the first stage. The woody chips 4 are coated with adhesive and then compressed in the form of a flitch so as to produce a flitch 5 in the second stage. Finally, a woody pattern board 6 is produced by slicing the flitch 5 in the second stage. Since being mainly composed of the woody chips 4, each of which has the woody part 1a and the flexible resinous part 2a, the resultant woody pattern board 6 is excellent in flexibility and soundproofing property.

[Prior Art] In general, a wood pattern board with a good appearance can be obtained by assembling fine pieces of wood such as wood powder and fine wood flakes to form a flitch and slicing the flitch to form a wood pattern board. Conventionally, when manufacturing a wooden patterned board, the steps are as follows: wood piece → dyeing → drying → humidity control → flitching → slicing.

[Hands for Solving the Problems Fi1] In order to achieve the above object, the method for manufacturing a wooden patterned board according to the present invention includes a thin wooden veneer 1 or a flexible resin sheet 2.
A thin wood veneer 1 and a resin sheet 2 are alternately laminated by applying adhesive to the veneer, and are pressed together to form a flitch to form a first-stage flitch 3. This first-stage flitch 3 is then planarized. to form a wood thin piece 4 having a wood part 1a and a resin part 2a, and apply adhesive to this wood thin piece 4 and press it to form a flitch to form a second stage flitch 5. The flitch 5 was sliced to form a wooden pattern board 6.

First, the thin wood veneer 1 is dyed in several different colors. The thin wood veneer 1 is dyed by applying dye with a sponno coater, or by soaking it in a dyeing tank. The dyed thin wood veneer 1 is placed in a steam can and then dyed. Teaming is processed. This dyed thin wood veneer 1 is subjected to drying treatment and humidity control. Then, adhesive is applied to a flexible resin sheet 2 such as urethane or a thin wood veneer 1 using a coater roll, etc. Next, the thin wood veneer 1 and the resin sheet 2 are sent to a press device 7, As shown in FIG. 1, thin wood veneers 1 and resin sheets 2 are interposed between the press plates 7a so as to be alternately laminated, and pressed 1 to form a first-stage flitch 3. This first-stage flitch 3 is sent to a planer device 8 as shown in FIG. A wood flake 4 is formed. This wood thin piece 4 is sent to a mixer etc., and by adding adhesive and stirring, the wood thin piece 4 is
An adhesive is applied to the wood thin piece 4, and the wood thin piece 4 coated with the adhesive is sent to a press device 9 as shown in FIG. 3(a) and pressed to form a second-stage flitch 5. That is, the press container 9a of the press device 9 was filled with wood flakes 4, and pressed by the press plate 9b to form the 79 pieces 5 of the 2nd Fi floor as shown in FIG. 3(b). . The flitch 5 thus formed was sliced with a slicing blade to obtain a wooden pattern board 6 as shown in FIG. This wooden patterned board 6 is mainly composed of a wooden thin piece 4 having a wooden part 1a and a flexible resin part 2a, so it is a wooden patterned board 6 with excellent flexibility and soundproofing properties.

By producing the product as described above, it can be handled in a low bulk state in most of the states, making it easy to produce. In other words, in the past, the process was as follows: wood piece (high volume) → dyeing (high volume) → drying (high volume) → humidity control (high volume) → molding (low volume), and was often in a bulky state. (Low bulk) → Dyeing (Low bulk) → Drying (Low bulk) → Moisture control (Low bulk) → 1st stage flitch molding (Low bulk) → Planar processing (High bulk) → 2nd stage Flitch molding (Low bulk) The product is now less bulky, making it easier to manufacture.

[Function 1] Due to the above structure, the flitch 3 on the first floor of the first floor is bulky only when the flitch 3 is planarized to form the wood thin piece 4, but otherwise it can be handled in a low bulk state. The flexibility and soundproofing properties of the wooden patterned board 6 are improved by the wooden thin piece 4 having the wooden part 1a of 1 and the resin part 2a of the flexible resin sheet 2.

[Effect of the invention 1] Since the present invention is manufactured as described above, the bulk increases only when the wood flakes are formed from the flitch in the first stage, so there is less of a situation where the bulk increases, and the manufacture is easy. In addition, thin wood veneers and flexible resin sheets are alternately laminated to form a first-stage flitch, and the wood part and resin part formed from this first-stage flitch are separated. The second step is to form a flitch from the wood flakes that contain the flitch, and a wood pattern board is formed by slicing the flitch. The wood flakes have a wood part and a resin part, so the quality of the wood is not lost, and it can be used in modern living spaces. It is possible to obtain a wooden patterned board with a suitable appearance, flexibility, and excellent soundproofing properties.
